They have great access from the main Access road, probably their biggest benefit. They did have minnows and a handful of other items. Overall not really impressive. Although, I guess the highlight was seen all the photos of people that had nice catches of fish with their pictures on the wall. Nothing spectacular here unless youre really into minnows. Youre able to buy them by the dozen or by the pound. And they offered a variety of sizes of minnows.

These guys take good care of their bait and their customers. They are friendly and the price is right.

The lady was very far and kind printing out my fishing license and gave me some bloody minnows 🤣😂🤣 theyre not bloody its just her language enjoy talking to her.

Their minnows died too quickly thats the only problem I have with them. They have some nice size worms for sale.

The guy was very friendly and seemed to be pretty knowledgeable. They unfortunately didnt have live Blue gills, but they had some other live bait.

They have done good by us, also have good Menos and worms.

Get tackle only and make sure to get it early. They dont have much of a selection of anything else. Thats not a bad thing but wish they would offer more of, well, anything.

This place is amazing!!! The boys and owner know what I come for! They see me get out of my car and as I walk threw the door they are already packing my minnows up! The two younger boys (Ethan and Cody) are very respectful and friendly! I absolutely Love this family friendly bait shop! Also Brian and his wife are very generous! But my favorite part is when Brian brings his pup; you cant help but smile when you walk in and see him wagging his tail!!! Thank you all for being amazing people and treating your customers like family!!!!

Sadd!!! If I were younger, I would start a bait and tackle business just to run him out if business ... arrogant, condescending and not customer friendly. He is the only business that sells live bait by the pound and is conveniently located off Interstate 30.

Probably the most unprofessional people I have EVER purchased bait from. If you have an issue, let me know in a professional manner. But even if you dont like what your customer says, following them out to their car and telling them to buy supplies elsewhere and telling them to get out of the car to fight is not at all how one keeps customers. He claims he is the owner...well good luck keeping the place, with that customer service.

Ive been going here several years and they have most everything you need to fish around here. Shad, Minnows and much much more. Nice guys trying to make a living. If you take the Zion exit you have to get over to the right immediately. Stop by and get the best current fishing bait and depths.

Bait store has been there for over 30 yrs..smaller and less selection than it once had but still best place to get live bait. Its not a high paying job so staff changes and owners do their best to provide service as the only true bait shop in Garland. And due to fishing season ups and downs, operation hours may not be consistent but still best place to get live bait.

One of the saddest businesses in Garland. Opens when they get ready, may or may not have bait, and the owner gets an attitude when something is said about it.

Yes they have a great selection, but dont count on them being open at 6 a.m. Sat there this morning until 6:40 along with 5 other customers and nobody ever came to open shop. This is the 3rd time Ive had to sit and wait for someone to show up. Never again. They lost a lot of business today.

They’re nice people and all but their bait size indeed is off and I especially don’t like that it is spawning season and when I go to buy bait they’re closed at around 6.I just wish they’d stay open much later but other than that it’s a good place with a nice atmosphere and very easy to find!
