Beautiful door but came with a headache. Price was good. The sales person was helpful while purchasing. After we paid he was never available to talk to us ! It took 9 months to get our door. It does not close properly. They said it would but it has not. I guess its just a door for show. We have to go through the garage. It is pretty but not usable. Just want people to be aware of what theyre getting in to.

We received our door 7/19/2021, we absolutely LOVE IT. The guys who put it in did a remarkable job. My hubby has a concrete ramp for his wheelchair, baby they worked hard making sure that door fit perfectly. I can’t call the guy name who did the measurements, he was ON POINT. Thank you so much. You definitely get a 5 star from us. 🙏🏽❤️🙌🏽

Let me tell you about my nightmare trying to get a door! We ordered a door from Bryan our sales guy who work to get us what we wanted in the price range you’re looking for no complaints on that. They ended up having to get the door from their sister company I believe in California and I was told within two weeks it would be directly shipped to my house. It’s been a month and I still have no idea when my door will arrive. Every day it’s the same excuse trying to get a hold of the shipping company trying to find out where it is trying to figure out what happen it should be this day or this day or this day. I’ve had bricklayers carpenters and painters are waiting for the door to go in with them to finish their job. In their defense they did offer to give me a little discount for the inconvenience. However I still don’t have a door a month later and do not know when it will be here.UPDATE: I have received my door and it was well worth the wait and headache that the shipping company caused. The driver for the shipping company confirmed that they had dropped the ball on this and not Bighorn Doors. They also credited my account, the discount they had promised. At this point, they have done all they could do to make this transaction satisfactory. For that I have changed my rating of my review to 5 stars because they worked to make to make this sale good even after I left a negative review. I would recommend this company, but as long as COVID is going on, know that shipping is going to be slow. Danial, thank you for not giving up and stay professional even when I did not. Thank you for my door, we love it!

Great company, the whole process was easy and smooth. The crew did a great job of installing our French double doors, we are very satisfied.

I was quoted 10-12 weeks for arrival, it took 16 weeks. I ordered a custom size, it came two inches smaller than I ordered therefore, it cost me $1600 extra dollars to have it installed because the door frame had to be adjusted and the trim had to be re-done. The deadbolt and the hole were not aligned. The worst part was one of the hinges was soldered on crooked and my installer had to pound it out to make it straight in order to hang the door. The pounding of the hinge caused scratches on it. No touch up paint included. The door itself is well built, sturdy and beautiful.

I have been meaning to review this company for a year now. Big Horn did the most beautiful job on my doors. They made suggestions to help our ideas work even better. Out of all of the renovations I did on our home this is the best so far. They are a pleasure to work with.

Wow!! let me tell you, this company will build any type of iron door you want.  I was referred to them from a buddy of mine that purchased a door from their other location and come to find out they had just opened a new location in Garland.  When I came in they were still setting up and moving in but were nice enough to show me all of the designs and different types of doors they make.  They even started taking them out of the crates just so I could see them.  I placed an order a couple days later and I honestly cant wait to see it.
