03 Harley Glide sat up for 3 years. Kirk took the carb and did his work on it. I put it back on with fresh gas. It started on the very first try. Took it on a short ride, never once did it pop, backfire or even cough. He did and excellent job, and knows what he is doing. Dont hesitate to have Kirk work on your bike, you will not be sorry and the cost is very fair. Thanks, I will come back again.

Cowboy Cycles is great for me and my Harley. My girl is a little older, and when she needed service this time, my Harley dealership seemed more interested in selling me a new bike than finding parts to fix up my girl. I dont normally leave comments, but Kurt went that extra mile for me. He stayed waaaaay past closing time so he could get me my bike back. He did an excellent job with my exhaust, cam, air cleaner, and lifters. I also enjoyed his musical tastes and just all around convo the HOURS we spent together in the shop. Kurt is honest and will not try to sell you a service you do not need. He is very knowledgeable and it seems there isnt anything he doesnt know about any year Harley. He is the only person I will take my scoot to. Great prices on services. You will not be disappointed.

There are many shops out there to work on your Harley, but not that many you can trust. Kurt did a great job on my 06 Electra Glide. I am riding it to Key West next month and I wanted to make sure my bike was ready.

Great shop fair prices and you have a master mechanic that is working on your bike. Other places you no ideal who’s working on your bike.As for the couple of people that left 1 star reviews 1 because he didn’t work on anything other than Harleys. And the other one because he didn’t like the way he answered the phone.Take your buisness to a dealership pay a premium for service and roll the dice on who works on who works on your bike. Kurk is a independent mechanic that offers a premium service at a discounted price

Only had a little dealings with Cowboys. However he is a straight shooter. Not one to steer you wrong just for a dollar. Wish more shops were like this one. He will always have my business and my brothers as well.

Awesome experience. Just bought a used Fatboy which needed a back brake, so I decided to try Cowboy Cycles instead of HD dealership. Besides the brake, I asked also to check it out and see if it needed anything else. For a dealership that would have been like giving them a blank check. The brake was fixed in less time than he told me and didnt try to hard sell me on any other work. I will definitely take my bike there from now on for any work or service. Called in to ask if this shop could service my Kawasaki.I was immediately greeted with a disgruntled sounding voice that simply stated the name of the shop in a tone of voice that communicated that this person really does not like speaking on the phone.When I said hello, how are you the person on the other end gave me a long sarcastic uhhhh good.That was it. No hi how are you, no how can I help youI decided to cut to the chase and began explaining my bike problem.I was quickly and rudely interrupted as the man informed me that they only work on Harleys.I was merely calling for some simple information and the person on the phone was behaving like I was a panhandler begging for money.
