I came in yesterday because a rock cracked my windshield on the interstate. I called and was advised to come in to have it looked at. They repaired the windshield on the spot with no issues. I was very pleased with the work considering I thought I would have to replace it. I highly recommend this business and the price was reasonable!!

When the cold set in, a tiny little crack from a pebble hitting my windshield spread into a huge crack spanning from one end to the other of my 4-Runner. It was pretty serious and needed to be addressed right away because it impaired my vision while driving. I called glass solutions on a Monday for a quote. They were SIGNIFICANTLY more reasonable than anywhere else I had called. They also were able to come to my house the next day for repair. They were right on time, no waiting around and the repair was done quickly. Everything was done seamlessly and my windshield is in perfect condition. This is the best glass repair shop anywhere close to the Triangle area. The customer service from every employee was exemplary and quality and punctuality of the work itself was top notch. Glass Solutions replaced a broken window in my house. The tech that came out was great and Matt in the office was as well. There were a couple communication snafus on both ends, but Matt handled it all superbly. I am thrilled with Glass Solutions! My windshield cracked going down I40 Tuesdsay night about 10pm and they were able to come to my office and replace at 10am Thursday morning! This is the second windshield they have had to replace for me personally, and I had never had any issues with their service. My family has used them twice as well. I am also an insurance agent and do not hesitate to recommend then when asked! Its not often you can confidently and consistently make a recommendation to your friends, family and clients. The manager, Chris, is always available is there is a special situation, and Tiffany in their main office, is always helpful and knowledgeable. Their technicians are top notch, too! Semi frame less shower glass install.... We evaluated 4 different glass companies. 3 of the big boys and a locally owned company in Glass Solutions. From timely responses, genuine interest in what we were looking, for to flexible scheduling (having our 4th son around the same time of the install!) these guys were awesome.Clear explanations of how things work, what to expect, how to care for our new glass etc......they were great. Additionally, we found that one of our door frames (next to the shower itself) was not perpendicular to the floor. Eric (install guy) walked me through options and made the shower door look awesome while hiding that the door frame to the toilet room was not correct.I wholeheartedly recommend these guys - they care about their customers and delivered a great product / end result.

Chris and his team at Glass Solutions did a great job on our frameless shower door. They had to overcome obstacles from the tile installer (James of All Trades in Raleigh - DONT USE THIS GUY). The installer, Eric, kept to his schedule, communicated about arrival times and did a good job cleaning up after the job was finished.
