My husband had an error message regarding his tire monitor system. Firestone got us in quickly, let us know which tire sensors needed replaced, and got us back on the road in no time! The staff is super friendly and listened to all our concerns and questions and were very patient! Love this place and will go there for any other issues! Definitely recommend this crew and their excellent service!
The best experience I have ever had. Went in for a clutch and alignment. They helped me find everything I needed in a timely manner. And the price beat everyone I had checked everywhere. I will always come back here. The best group of guys that have ever worked on my car. I cant say enough positive things about them.
I had my tires put on and had an alignment done at this store and was very pleased with the service. Aaron Beau, the service manager was very nice and helpful. The staff in the waiting room was also friendly. I would recommend anyone have work done at this firestone.
I needed to get a punctured tire fixed on a Monday morning (Sep 13, 2021). Lauren was able to squeeze me into their schedule and got a tire replacement. They serviced the TPMS that may have corrected the light on the dash. This was my first time using this location for any service. Lauren made this experience pleasant. Thanks
Needed to get a flat tire repaired on my lunch break. After getting an unacceptable time frame from another location nearby, I decided to check out Firestone. They did a great job of immediately checking out the issue, and accommodating my increasingly tight lunch break schedule. They had me in and out within 20-30 minutes. Having worked in a tire shop before, and considering experiences Ive had with other shops around, they were hands down the best around.
I would like to thank the men at Firestone for being such a great help to my family. While on a road trip they were able to correctly perform a job that should have been done at another out of state location. They were kind and attentive and quickly corrected the mistake of another location. We were back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you Adrian, Taylor, Vince, and the whole team. I know there was more sorry I cant remember everyones name. But everyone we came in contact with had excellent customer service. Thank you guys again for helping my family.
I got four tires and a alignment for my little Ford ranger beater,I got good to pricing and they did a great job on the alignment, not pushy and they were helpful,and Ive been a equipment technician all my life

Had booked an online appointmen for an oil change for 1PM. Received a confirmation email stating that if anything were to conflict and rescheduling was needed, they would promptly contact me. No contact was made so I showed up for my appointment and the customer service representative at the front desk was just kind of like couls of be under a different name? Possibly *ladies name* oh wait oh yeah! I see it. Yeah I had to get lunch and *something illegible* so yeah I can reschedule........to monday.This was 3 hours after the appointment was made. Lack of communication was very unprofessional. Business has been taken elsewhere
Came in at 4:30pm on Saturday and asked if I could get my car inspected. The girl at the desk immediately told me that her inspector was tied up at the moment. I confirmed that they didn’t close for another hour and a half and asked if it would be possible later on. She told me that her inspector was “done with inspections for the day” and suggested I go down the street. When I told her the place she recommended was already closed and that I desperately needed it done today she just laughed about it. I’ll never go back for any of my auto needs.
Needed my Tesla inspection and they had it done quickly and professionally.
This is a brand new store, it is so nice, and the people are fantastic! Everyone from the front staff, to the techs to the managers are so nice and considerate. Everything is very clean, everyone had masks on, and practiced social distancing to the best of their ability. High quality services, reasonable prices, and they even have financing options! Great place to go for awesome service, great deals, and great people! Way to go guys, keep up the good work!
Called because I had a flat tire at 4:30 when they close at 7:00. Asked if I brought them the tire if they could fix the valve stem because it had broken off. The guy on the phone said the next appointment wasn’t until Wednesday. While this man was on the phone he had to tell another employee to stop singing cause she was so loud while he was on the phone. This was my first and last interaction with Firestone.
Stopped here for an oil change and everything was smooth and easy! No complaints!
I came Into town and needed to get some work done on my vehicle. Aaron was able to fit in me same day. Upon arrival I was welcomed into a very clean new facility. He was very professional and Demonstrating outstanding customer service. My vehicle was started on shortly after arriving. He notified me Of routine maintenance that needed to be addressed and gave me a really good deal On everything I had done. Walked in, male service advisor looked up and made eye contact but looked back down as to imply he didnt want to assist me. He never said a word. That was very off putting!The female advisor acknowledged that I was there and assisted me.Often men in the automotive industry dont want to deal with women because we dont know much about cars. I felt that on my FIRST visit here.Contrary to the stereotype, I actually do know a lot about the vehicle that I drive every single day! I will think only go back here if they are the absolute last resort.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend as afternoon drop off if possible. They seem to always be busy. I needed an inspection and it took around an hour.
I came here for an oil change. They tested my battery as part of the process. When I checked out they politely let me know my battery was low and then dropped it. I felt I was being informed rather than pitched a sale. I already suspected my battery was going bad since it had almost failed to start the previous week. I created a follow up appointment for the battery change since the price was the same as the auto parts store nearby. I was surprised to learn there was a installation fee charge on top of the battery (I always change my own so Im naive). The sales person saw I was surprised and waived the fee. Well above and beyond my expectations. It was my mistake but they still came through.
The customer service rep (Lauren) is very nice. However they are under staffed or just slow. Had 1st appt of the day at 7 for a car care package. Just to rotate tires and check out vehicle took 8 hours. Still waiting for car. May be nitpick but when you get 1st slot of a day you dont expect to sit their this long. Back to my other mechanic I guess. Gave them a try.
OMG!!! Amazing!! Came into Garner N.C and discovered we had tire issues. Called Firestone and spoke with Brittany and explained to her what was going on and she said to bring the car right away and the could take care of the tires. Within 1/2 we were all done! AMAZING staff! Highly recommended!!! Thank you so much!
I have been meaning to leave a review for awhile now. Late one evening night around closing time my tire light kept coming on and I couldnt seem to fill it up with enough air, I figured I would need a plug or two. I am new to the area and was in a panic because I live about 30 minutes from here. I called and Brittany said come on in we would be happy to help. I strolled in literally a few moments before closing time and Levy was kind enough to help me with my tires so I could return home safely. I would recommend this company and this location over and over again!
Waited a week to post after my alignment.02 F350 4dr 4x4 crew cab short bed SRWI had the front end rebuilt, new front tires ready to go, and this was the only place I could get in and get an alignment done properly.My truck drives straight, and doesn’t pull left or right now when I brake.What more could you ask?Great job to the crew and thanks to the friendly staff up front.
I came to the newly built store by necessity rather than by choice and the maintenance I sought for couldnt have been better. The manager, Bobby, was more than accommodating and very patient with me and in my brief six years here in the US I have never encountered the professionalism and friendliness that he displayed elsewhere. I wasnt sure what to expect at all but what I found was perhaps the best experience Ive had so far in regards to automotive repair/maintenance shops.(Side note: Unlike the other shops I have been to, the manager here actually takes the time to explain things and is otherwise just a very helpful man.)
If I can give zero stars I would my son came here to get a oil change and right after he gets the oil changed the next day his engine blew take it to the mechanic only to find out they use old oil which had metal in it Now fire stone of course does not want to take responsibility for what they have done to my son car because they had the car last I only went to fire stone from my car because of my son’s recommendation but at this point I never use fire stone again And my son is out of a car thanks very much for destroying my sons car never again u should treat your paying customers better then what your doing It’s disgraceful and unprofessional
Made an appt to change my oil. Took one hour to complete an oil change. Front desk guy took 20 min to check out after I watched him tend to new customers and calls. He argued with me when I confronted him about my car being ready for 20 min. Total time for an oil change 1hour and 20 minutes plus an argument with an idiot.
Have a 2020 Accord that had an alignment issue and was brought right in without any wait! Vincent and the team here are great at what they do and I will be back if I’m in the area!
Had my Tahoe tow there on Sunday morning my car was done mid-afternoon. Will take my car again if something go wrong.
Got a oil change and had them check the car. Did not provide any recommendations until I came to get the car. Instead of bringing the car to me I had to walk near the entrance of the parking lot to get my care. Baad Customer Service
As we were sitting, waiting for our car to be serviced, a man walks right on in with a pit bull terrier on leash. He was NOT blind or disabled, so why did the employees act as if this was appropriate in a place of business that does not even slightly resemble PetSmart.
Set up appointment on the internet and of course the times on the internet vs actual hours are not correct. A really bitter and unprofessional and unpleasant lady gets on the phone and tells me you can’t schedule that time but it’s what is available on the internet. Long story short stay away from this location. They will lie and there technicians don’t much about anything.
Was able to get in and out in record time. Got my vehicle in on time for my appointment.

Absolutely abismal management and quality of work. I came in for an alignment and took it for a test drive and it was exactly the same as when I got there. Asked them to fix it and they told me I didnt know what i was talking about. I work for Porsche as a technician, I know what Im talking about. I was in town and needed a service completed. Instead of trying to fix the issue the store manager immediately began to insult me. Do NOT go here.

Spoke on the phone with one of the employees to get an appointment for my alignment. I was on hold for ten minutes, then he came back said that there was none for this weekend and i was going to say that wont work i will call someone else, but before i could finish my sentence he hung up on me. Very rude
They were great. Super busy and still found time to get me fixed up!
Other shops gave very high estimates, and Firestone determined the work was unnecessary.
Work was done in timely fashion.
