I can not say enough great things about this location. The manager, Sabrina, is wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy. We also worked with Rita who was great! They are a dynamic duo. If you go to this location ask for them. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experiences here when I purchased the engagement ring, and when I returned to purchase the wedding rings!!! Always nice, polite, and helpful. The manager here is very respectful and very helpful.Today I returned my wedding ring I ordered online to exchange for the one I wanted in store, she handled it flawlessly. 👌

While having to wait for being busy is completely understandable, not even being acknowledged or offered assistance after 20min is not. I have been a frequent customer of Kay’s for years; I will take my business to a company to values customer service going forward.

If I were able to give this zero stars I would! I visited today in hopes of getting my husband a gift for our anniversary. I walked in with a mask on ( due to covid.-19) and the three workers were in the middle of a conversation. They did not stop speaking. I waited several minutes. I was never greeted nor was I offered any assistance. They did not so much as acknowledge my presence. I have never been treated this way at any jewelry store!

“Buy online pickup in store” is not used at this location, it is only available during the holiday season.If you order something online, even if it specifically mentions “available for pickup” that information is not accurate.

Would give them negative stars if I could. Husband set up a payment plan with them for my wedding ring. Was supposed to end in October and then they tacked on random extra payments at the end. Lied during the day of sale and then when we called about it the extra payments they were completely rude and unhelpful on the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! They will lie to you and screw you over! Terrible customer service and terrible experience.

Dont go to this store. When I had my ring resized, they didnt call me when it was ready and the ring was stolen by sales person in the store according to reports and she still works there today.

I called the store at 3pm to ask if they were open, they said they were and would be until 630! So I went straight there and arrived in about 5 minutes.The door was locked. I saw someone inside and they kept looking at me then the back of the store and slowly walked to the front to crack the door and tell me they were on lunch and it was just the two of them. I said okay can I come in, I JUST called to ask if you were open thats why I came. I was told no, they would be done in 15 min, come back then. I said okay well im not going to be here in 15 minutes, I am here now and just need a ring guard. The girl said she would ask her manager and then came back and said they have none try Khols. 😒Poor customer service. Dont tell someone youre open if youre closed.. and stare at then while waiting outside masked in the 94 degree heat.

I went to this location to get a anniversary ring for me and when I walked in Sabrina welcome me and asked if she could assist me. I told her that I wanted a three stone ring for my anniversary in my budget range. She was extremely helpful and she showed me all the rings possible in my budget. While talking to her I showed her the one I really liked but it was over my budget. She went out of her way and got the ring I wanted under my budget. Sabrina is absolutely awesome!! Employees like her are the ones that make the difference between a good experience and a great experience. I highly recommend that you speak with her if you visit this location. 100% recomend.

The store manager Sabrina was absolutely amazing. She helped us and took her time to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. She even helped my daughter when she got her finger stuck in a ring sizer. She was so calm and collected. Just an overall great experience as well as great pricing. Deff recommend this location!

I came to this brand new Kays jewelers near me. The staff there was very kind and very helpful. They greeded me like they knew me. They made me feel like family. They where very attentive and help me make the right choice for my wife. Everyone in the store was very kind and helpful. I just want to thank them for making my experience easy and great. Have been there twice and both times they made promises they did not keep. Will never shop there again. I dont like spending my money where Im not appreciated. Id rather go somewhere that appreciates my business and thats clearly not Kay. Terrible customer service from sales reps managers and district manager. If I could give them a zero I would have.

Ridiculous business practices. We are currently experiencing a pandemic and this horrible business goes against the advice of the CDC and our governor with practicing isolation by requiring patrons to still come in for inspections. I would think this would be the time to shift practices to accommodate patrons who do not want to risk their lives after purchasing a shotty product where diamonds have a tendency of falling out.

The staff isnt the most friendly. I had an employee tell me in a disapproving, sarcastic tone she didnt understand what I meant when I told her I was looking for something minimalistic and not overly flashy... Like she was the one paying for my jewelry. Id recommend somewhere else in the area to try first.

I have never had a negative customer service experience like this ever honestly. The whole staff is rude and disrespectful. The manager mistreated my fiance and I. Poorly executed services for a ring that should of been resized correctly months ago. Very unprofessional.

Just left this Garner location and the two employees working did not speak to us at all. Looking at us is NOT an acknowledgment, it’s rude...especially when you don’t say anything! They were helping customers, but it doesn’t take much to acknowledge waiting customers, especially when we were waiting for about 15 minutes. If I could give 0 stars, I would! My local Kay’s would never display this extreme lack of courtesy and customer service. Highly disappointed.

I recently stopped in at this location. Two girls were working that day, I was initially greeted, but after that I was pretty much ignored. It felt to me as I was prejudged, and not taken seriously. I spent about 15 minutes of my time waiting to be assisted, but unfortunately the lady working behind the counter felt as if cleaning her watch was more important then making a sale.

I had a horrible experience at Dana Augustine show. The sales person from Dana sold me a worthless ring and promised me that he would make it right. 2 Dana shows later Im left holding a worthless junk of metal and out of my return policy. The manager really went to bat for me to try to make it right.

Its so bad every time I come here. First they couldnt find my account and kind of like shrugged me off. I had to come back with my purchase receipt and this is the only Kay ive ever had to do that with. Many phone calls go unanswered. Just go to the mall Kay

My husband went here to get my wedding present custom made. Was told it would be ready in 4-8wks. Cool we had time.. on the 8th week nothing was there. Was told 2more weeks ... well now he had to replace it so he didnt look like a fool on our wedding day. And he figured he would give it to me on our 2nd part of the honeymoon. Well guess what still no gift. Called several times and all he got was the run around. After all the money and business weve given Kays.this is inacceptable. Well he finally told me about it and i got right on the phone w customer service and Cindy was able to get him a full refund.
