I really like shopping at this location. The person that helps me choose the best products for my needs wears glasses and I believe his name is Diego, but Im not sure. He is very knowledgeable and knows the products by heart. I wished every GNC representative was as knowledgeable as he. You can see the excitement in his face when he talks about nutrition and a certain product. The place is clean, the staff is very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this location.

I’ve been coming here for years and I was so worried when I thought they were closing but now that they are reopen for good I couldn’t be happier! Love this store. Diego has always given me awesome advice, very knowledgeable! Will continue to come here.
The store manager is absolutely useless. I walked in asking about a specific vitamin that isnt available at GNC but had the list of ingredients to see if he could help find a similar one. The store had no other customers in it, but he made no effort to help/leave his spot leaning on the counter. If thats the store manager, I can completely understand why the store had no other customers. I will not be returning.

Highly annoyed with the White Oak Shopping Center GNC Store in Garner, NC. I called this evening to check to see if the location had a specific product in stock, and the young man that answered the phone was VERY rude and dismissive. After fumbling through the question with ums for 30 seconds, then eventually admitting that he doesnt know what the product is, he goes on to tell me to call back in the morning and they could help, then to knock his customer service out of the park he tells me....he didnt have time to be talking to me or answer my question because he had to close the store. So I ask him what time does the store close, and he responds 4 minutes ago. Really!!!??? So what youre telling me is that my inquiry about whether you carry a $70 product (STI G6 Sports Replenish), is not worth at a minimum 2 minutes of your time and just a little respect? I understand that you needed to close your store, however I find it highly inappropriate that a GNC representative would handle its customer in this manner. It absolutely blows my mind! Why answer the phone after close if you are not capable of answering a question or at least having the decency to give your customer TWO minutes to provide a reasonable response like, Im sorry maam, I have to be honest that Im not familiar with that product, but if you call back tomorrow morning, Im sure my manager or another associate can help you. Whew, that was a mouthful and VERY difficult...(Not Really). He started off fine, but the gut punch about me wasting his time is a bit mind boggling.There is NO WAY I will spend another dime at GNC! For my husband and I, thats a significant hit to its bottom line.
Absolutely awful customer service! There were no other customers in the store when I walked in and neither one of the two workers that were there said one word. They kept their heads down the entire time doing whatever it was they were doing. I was looking for something and of course no one asked if I needed help. They didnt even acknowledge my presents and it was clear they were set on not helping me at all. I got irritated and left the store as it was clear my money did not need to be spent here.
