This was my first time to this location although I’ve been using Miracle-Ear aids for many years. Everybody was so pleasant and helpful. Valerie explained all my options very well. Although I pretty well knew what I needed to do before going there she reinforced what I thought. They have finely done what I thought should be done for years. Bring someone with a familiar voice so you can try out the aids with that person. That was what guided me to the aids I purchased and I’m very satisfied with them. Only downfall is now I hear what others have been complaining about.

In and out with maximum efficiency for my hearing test. Appointment started a few minutes early and I was done in 30 minutes. Courteous and knowledgeable staff a major plus.

Customer service is outstanding! When my appointment needed to be cancelled by the Specialist due to a scheduling conflict during the Christmas Holiday season, Pat Allen, the office assistant, not only called, but sent a card weeks in advance with an explanation for the cancellation and a new appointment date. By being proactive, she allowed plenty of time for me to adjust my schedule as needed. Thanks for your consideration and thoughtfulness, Pat.

If you want to hear much better, than you need to come to this Miracle Ear! My hearing aids are new and take getting use to. But they are patient with me and are teaching me step by step how to do everything. You will not be disappointed!

I have been a proud hearing aid wearer since the age of 12. I started at that time in Ohio with Miracle Ear. In college I ended up switching to a different brand that just was not as good. I am SO incredibly glad to be back to wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids in my adult years. The office staff are helpful and the overall atmosphere is positive and environment is clean. My hearing aid specialist, Rick Beare, is seriously one top notch guy and is incredibly personable. I use to have the whole “white coat syndrome,” but that is completely out the window! I no longer have anxiety when it comes to having hearing aid appointments or annual hearing exams. They are super accommodating, also, in helping find the best avenue in terms of price of hearing aids. They have many options based on prices, but also multiple ways to look at financing/help. The Miracle Ear Foundation has been immeasurably valuable as I needed additional assistance beyond traditional financing options. I appreciate the flexibility in be able to have my appointments in either Garner or Smithfield. Highly recommend not just these locations, but Miracle Ear as a whole, nationwide! Wonderfully knowledgeable staff, cutting edge technologies, and an all-around great experience. I love being able to not just hear the world around me, but being able to start identifying where sounds are coming from. My appointment is at 4:30. Everytime I come I have to wait 15-20 .mins. Today no one is at the desk. I we r out the door twice and still no one came to the door. They need to do better.
