Was loaded quickly and exactly how I wanted it with friendliness and respect. Better signing to let you know where to go since nobody answers the intercom at the gate would help greatly. For those picking up a load enter the yard turn left, go around the curve and pull into door 11 and keep up against the left wall. Pull up as far into the building as you can. Theyll come to you and get your pickup number. Getting here is the big pain. Directions given is to go up Clark St but its rough, crosses under an over pass that usually has several inches of muddy water in it with deep holes underneath. Crosses multiple RR tracks and an extended wait is likely. Im sure there are other ways in.

Might have been slow in the past but the day shift guy at door 11 is on the ball. In and out in an hour… the trains however are a different story, still waiting 35 minutes for this one to clear the tracks

This company is so freaking slow. Do not recommend coming here. If you do come here make sure you bring some food cause you gonna be in there for a good while. 👎😡😱

Nice people and fast loading. I cant stand places where you sit for hours. The only down side is if your get struck behind some trains. They can be a pain. A lot of slow trains by this place.

Was loaded fairly fast. Nice people. The drive into the place is not the best. A lot of slow, long, trains pass through in front of the place.

Good Christ whatever you do, do not come in on Clark. It will destroy your suspension and you have to drive through a small pond just to get in. Also they are extremely slow.

Got me in and out in less than 1 hour. Good place to run.

I dont know why every review saying they are slow they load me within 45 minutes two truck front of me .... Crain guy and lady in shipping office is awesome

They move like turtles here. I could have went to Florida and back and the line to load still wouldnt move
