Friendly, not pushy staff, sold me what i wanted, while making helpful suggestions based on what i was buying.

The very cute and informative employee who works here is awesome! Her bf is a lucky guy 🤣 but in all seriousness she is always super helpful with any questions I may have. Definitely worth signing up for Pro membership to get 5 bucks off a month too!!

I just wanted to come in and look around and got kicked because there were too many people in the store. Now I understand the limit he just said it incredibly rudely and I have never been treated that badly before in a store ever. The is why Gamestop is going to shutdown. You arent getting my money again.

Ive been going for years. However the clerk became less friendly when I turned down signing up for their rewards plan.

The store seemed clean and organized, not as many things on the floor to shop for as other GameStops Ive been in. I have to say that the customer service here needs some attention. It looked like they were only three employees at the time, one helping a gentleman at the front one helping a group of people in the back. There was gentleman filling out paperwork at the sales counter. I only needed a gift card and when I went up to the register the only cards I saw were for games. I tried waiting while the gentlemen worked on his paperwork. He glanced at me three times. Once he finished he carefully put his paperwork back in the binder closed it then asked me what I needed. When I said I would like a GameStop gift card he said well lets see, if you turn around I have them on the back wall every 6 ft. I wonder where you might find them? If you turn around do you think you could find one you might like to purchase? For me being in this store for the first time, I dont think this was a necessary attitude. Im not a gamer, I just pick the cards up for family members. I guess I will go back to the Dekalb store and not share the wealth.

The 2 gentleman that worked there were both knowledgeable. Really helpef me figure out what i wanted to do with my purchase

We used to shop at this GameStop frequently, but most of our gaming needs can be handled online. This store still has most new titles and they promote new games relatively well for their customers. I would shop here again as it is conveniently located.

Prices are a bit High selection always suffers. They seem to be stuck in a rut. The staff is helpful although they do seem to talk down to you

Prices are good on pre-owned and have a large variety of items. Employees were very nice and knowledgeable about the games.

I stopped in to play a game. Dhey aint have dem. I had to play at home.

Cheap, used games in perfectly working condition.

Called ahead to get information on the price of clearance Capt America shield/backpacks. The employee told me there were 3 types. I asked the price and heard the scanner beep. He told me they were all $20. I said I would be right there. 10 minutes later when I arrived, the same employee told me that all but one of the backpacks were between $50 and $60. I wasted my trip and left with nothing. I will not go back to this Gamestop.
