Received a beautiful memorial bench as a gift. Sadly the top slab arrived broken in half. I called and spoke with Amy who was so kind and helpful. She took care of everything and got a new top sent out right away. The bench turned out beautifully and I was so impressed with the help and caring response from Amy.

This is a wonderful, caring company. Ive ordered gifts for others several times and Ive never been disappointed. Their products offer such great comfort to friends or loved ones in need, and provides a nice alternative to traditional gifts of sympathy, such as flowers. Great communication also!

I recently ordered a chime stand and it came quickly but 1 part was missing. I contacted the company the next day after receiving the package and they are responded that day and sending the part Priority Mail. They could not have been nicer and solved the problem with no hassle. I will recommend them in the future as well as use them again.

Ordered a memory stone on behalf of the company for a co-worker. When it FINALLY arrived (a week later), it was cheap and wrapped in plastic. The condolence note was just some printed piece of paper I could have done at my desk; they couldnt even include decent card stock. Very disappointing. I thought for $70, it would at least be presented a bit more nicely. I could have ordered this same thing on Amazon for $30 and got it the next day. Ugh.

The music box is very nice. My Mom loves it!

Drove 1.5 hours to go to the actual store to see their products before I ordered a memorial bench. To my surprise, their listed address is a UPS Store. I called their listed phone number and no one answered during business hours. I left a message..no return call.
