I liked the product and the service. I did not like the fact the JC Licht makes you pay before they will send the installer out. I payed 50% with the order and then they deducted the rest from my credit card before the installer came to my house. I am used to paying the balance after the installation. Although they list this on the quote, I do not think I should have to read the fine print when I buy blinds.

The order and installation of the blinds we purchased could not have been simpler. One of their associates brought samples and took measurements and placed the order. the blinds were in in a couple of weeks and installed by Licht several days later. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

I had roller shades and side panels installed yesterday by Anthony and Tony! They look stunning! These two gentleman were polite, clean and did outstanding work. I also want to commend Rhonda who worked with me in the design area! Rhonda was professional, fun to work with and has an excellent eye for design. The customer service that I received from all three of these professionals was A+! I would recommend JCLicht in Geneva to anyone!

The blinds I order were fantastic. The outside of the material was a block out design to keep the brightest of the sun out of our patio/porch. They have done a great job. The person who did the Installation was great. We will be ordering more of this for our kitchen replacement windows.

The Geneva store is bigger than most and carries a wide selection of paint and accessories for the professional as well as the do it yourself type. I have always thought that Benjamin Moore has the best colors and the best paints for your dollars, I love the product line and the prices are in line with other places that sell premium coatings! The staff is friendly and helpful and the service is quick and efficient, easily my favorite paint store!

I highly recommend the Color Consultation Service at JCLicht! I am currently updating my home and really wanted to lighten and brighten everything.My consultant, Emily, came out and was AWESOME! She has such a good energy and is very upbeat and positive. However, the best part about Emily is that she was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried various different looks until we got to the perfect color matches.My painter just started today and although he has just begun I am absolutely loving the transformation.Do urself a big favor... take the guesswork out of what paint color(s) to choose and leave it to the experts at JCLicht!
