I have activated phones here on two separate occasions and both times have been absolutely the worst decisions of our lives. The sales associates here are dishonest and deceitful. We pay all our bills on time and in full and we now have At&t trying to collect over $300 that we do not owe all because of the deceptive practices of Wireless Advocates sales agents. We do not sign contracts, our contracts are our devices. When you leave a carrier you pay your bill in full and any outstanding monies due on your phone and all is done. Its been like this for years. You owe them nothing, unless you do business with Wireless Advocates in Costco. After we ended our services with At&t they sent us a bill after our final bill with an amount of more than $300 claiming we were under a contract term of 2 years and our services that were $10 a month for the first 21 months has gone up to more than $100 a month for the remaining 3 months. I have contacted At&t on numerous occasions asking them for a copy of this so called contract that they claimed was signed by us. They have continually refused to send me a copy and have denied even having a copy. They keep telling me to return to Wireless Advocates as they can provide one. Even the At&t corporate stores say they have no record of one and they to refer me back to where we bought the phones. Wireless Advocates can not or will not furnish one either. I am getting totally screwed here and wish this upon no one!!!!!! Do not do business here!!

Christian was amazing set me up with 2 new phones & 2 older phones with no problem. He figured out my phone reprogramming when t-mobile couldnt. He definitely deserves 5 stars. AAAAAA+++++++

They are in Costco but not part of Costco. If you have any problems, you cannot return your phone to any Costco, your have to go to that particular Costco where you originally made your purchase. Not what I expect from Costco.
