I live in Maine and was passing through this area. My car started having a major issue on Route 11 and this was the closest shop. I didnt catch the mans name, but he was very helpful when I called out of the blue and asked him if he could look at my car. He checked the codes on the check engine light, was honest about not knowing for sure what the problem was without getting in and trying to figure it out, and recommended another shop that might know better how to fix my German car. I was impressed with his honesty, friendliness, and helpfulness in the situation. If I lived in the area this is the place I would bring my car for maintenance.
