My biggest compliment I can give a business, I can trust them to do an excellent job.
Went to buy a new boat had cash in hand, the guy at the McLaughlin showroom, a bigger bald sales man didnt even get up when we came in, wasnt helpful anything, just pathetic, the Troutdale location a little better but not nice sales staff, the north Portland guys were good but they didnt have inventory, I then went to Pacific Boatland and they were very good and had the dream boat weve been looking for, and just like that they made a sale that afternoon...I think the owner of Clemmens, needs to talk to the sales staff, possibly replace them, Ive never felt so disrespected in a situation like that in my whole life..
Bought a new boat a couple weeks ago from Clemens and dealt with Mark. Im very happy with my purchase and his professionalism. He gave me a great price and my boat was ready quickly. Only issue I had was trying to decide which boat I wanted. If I ever decide to upgrade boats Im going back to Clemens for my next purchase.
Great place!! Friendly staff and great service!!Jesse McFarland best salesmen ✌️✌️
Great local dealer! I needed some replacement parts, and they were willing to quickly ship my parts to me instead of having to make the 4 hour drive myself. Great customer ServiceMike Q
Awesome knowledgeable Staff and Service folks, Take your Yamaha motors here!
Ordered a custom NR 25 Osprey through Scott, the boat so simply awesome. The communication was great keeping me informed of the progress including pictures, setting up factory visit. Dave did a great job with the finishing touches and installations once the boat arrived. Everyone at the location are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Clemens Marina.
By far the best experience. From purchasing a new Hewes craft from Shawn to getting accessories installed by the service department. Very professional and I will always bring the boat into Clemens for accessories and service. Couldn’t be happier!!!
Good place to take your boat nice people
Short and Sweet: Clemens Marina in Gladstone is by far the best marine shop Ive had the pleasure of dealing with.Chris, David, and the boys are courteous, honest, and quite honestly treat you like a valued customer, rather than some poor sucker who HAS to hand your boat over to them because youhave to. After dealing with marinas in both Oregon and California, they stand out as an example to the rest. I know when I visit there that Im getting my moneys worth.Theyve already done a re-power on my boat, as well as electronics installation and other fixes. Dont hesitate to call these guys.
Had water in the oil of my Yamaha. Were able to get me in same day I calked (March) They thought it might be a themastat. They were right and had my boat the next day.
Clemens Gladstone Marina Parts and Service Department goes above and beyond. The customer service and assistance from the service and parts people is amazing! They have been very hellpful every time I have come in, assisting me with trailer light electrical issues and wash down pump issues. When they could have just sold me parts the gentlemen provided recommendations on how to repair. The service counter gentlemens recommendations and guidance helped me repair all of the connections and wiring issues with the trailer. In addition, provided guidance on the pump. I have used the service department to service my Yamaha Motors in the past. Clemens Marina will continue to get all of my service and parts business. I highly recommend Clemens, thank you for Gladstone Clemens Parts and Service Department all the assistance!
All the Boat techs are skilled and knowledgable, Mr. Kurston and Mr. McKenzie are friendly and always helpful! 👍
Great service, knowledgeable, honest, learned alot about what i was looking for.
My wife and I are the proud owners of a brand new 2014 Northwest Boats 208 Seastar courtesy of Chris Key and friends at the Gladstone facility. After over a year of looking and narrowing it down to a couple choices we finally stopped into the Gladstone shop to take a look. After patiently walking us through the inventory on site and reviewing exactly what are intended use was, and what sort of features we wanted, we decided to have our boat custom ordered.Chris took us through all the factory options along with the options/work that Clemens provides themselves. We discussed the different motor options for the main and the kicker, finally deciding on the Honda 150 and the Yamaha 9.9 ... great combo. The boat arrived from Northwest Boats in late July ... after mounting the motors, handling the rigging, taking care of the wash-down pump the factory had forgotten to install and also installing my chartplottter with NMEA 2000 interface (highly recommend for engine data) ... we were off to buoy 10 and mass quantities of salmon.Since the initial purchased, weve been back for a warranty issue with a component on the EZ Loader trailer which they jumped right on along with the 20 hour service on the main. Currently setting up more shop time to add a few more goodies. My only regret ... Im too cheap to buy the 250 HP main the Seastar is rated for .... this thing slices and dices the water like a dream.
Great folks to deal with, fast & friendly.
