I have been shopping at Upscale for a couple of years. I love the constant influx of new items, always something new and fun. I have purchased many important pieces for my home, big and small, and have been more than satisfied with all of them (price, quality, convenience of delivery option). I like that I can browse online and in the store for as long as I want. The people there are always very nice and always helpful.

I usually love this place, but the economy appears to have left them with a whole lot of nothing. It was a wasted trip for me, but they do a pretty good job with their inventory on their website. Worth checking before making a special trip.

We moved to Oregon City to our new farm home and we found that moving from a 750 ft² apartment into a 1600 ft² home would leave a lot of space for some new pieces of furniture. We are not big fans of the internet cheaply made furniture that is cheaply priced. We like to find vintage, antique, older pieces with character that we can display in our home. I have a half a dozen nice pieces of furniture handed down from my grandmother and parents.We have been looking for a loveseat for a front entryway, so we sought out local curator s and we came upon upscale consignment furniture as a viable option. Boy were we simply amazed at this operation.This business has some of the finest collectibles I have ever seen. they have consignment furniture and jewelry and a whole lot of other stuff that they sell and it is all of exquisite quality and condition. We went in looking for a couch probably saw two dozen different pieces we would love to buy, and in the end wound up buying the wife a beautiful mahogany nightstand for about a hundred bucks. What a wonderful place to shop! We wandered around for about an hour and a half and this place was a good size and everything displayed there was a great quality and condition.We were so impressed we went online and put a hold on another beautiful item that was attractively priced within our budget. If we could decide on which couch we wanted we would have one of those in our house but the battle between the wife and I continue on which particular one we may want but there is a very very good chance that we will purchase our new couch from upscale consifurnifr furniture. and by the way the young lady that assisted us on our visit was very kind and helpful and also explained to me some of their variable pricing, the influx of new inventory as it comes in, and it was a very very enjoyable visit. I would highly recommend upscale consignment furniture.

Good place to see whats affordable in the budget. It all depends on whats available and what youre looking for. Saw something I liked. Went back to get it but it was gone the next day.

Wonderful store! It’s not what you think of when you think about consignment. They carry current styles and high quality brands of furniture, artwork, area rugs, fine jewelry, and decor. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the staff is very polite and helpful!This store is my new ‘go to’ place for affordable high quality goods!

Went in prepared to spend some money. Found the exact same couch that I just purchased so I know how much it cost oh, they have a fragment of that couch that would be really great for me to buy but they were charging more than full retail for it and it was used. I tried to start a conversation alluding to the fact that Id buy it if the price was right, fair I let them know I just bought the same exact couch and I know what it cost blah blah blah needless to say I spent no money but I certainly would have purchased it if were fairly priced. Literally went in to purchase a couch and ended up finding exactly what I already have to add to my very large sectional. Left empty-handed.

This place has a huge selection of furniture with more arriving on a regular basis. We bought three pieces there and all are just right for our home. Reasonably priced as well. These people really know furniture. You can also browse their current selection online with very thorough descriptions. Definitely worth the trip.

I absolutely love shopping here. I purchase quality items at a fraction of what I would pay in a retail store. Many, unique items that you just dont see in stores anymore. Furniture is all upscale and clean. Fantastic Jewelry at great prices. Accent pieces to die for. I highly recommend checking them out.

I bought a nice king size bed frame here. Thought the price was a little high so I waited a while until it came down to what I was comfortable with. Got it, love it. The people here are very nice and helpful. Its nice to shop with no pressure.

I have both purchased and consigned furniture from Upscale Consignment, and have been very pleased with both experiences. As a consignor, I felt that the pricing was in line with expectations. Happily, my very unique piece sold in a reasonable amount of time and my check was mailed to me timely as well. Im quite pleased with my recent purchases.I was concerned about how Upscale inspected the furniture taken on consignment, specifically if cigarette smoke was on the list.I was also interested in how they rated an item as excellent condition, normal wear, etc.The staff answered my questions & seemed very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable as well.I would recommend Upscale Consignment as an excellent resource for both a purchase or consignment.

Love this store. Its a treasure hunting favorite for good quality used furniture pieces and more. I stop in whenever I am in their vicinity as new things are put out frequently. Nice folks too.

This is one of the all time greats of consignment stores for furniture in the Portland Metro! It is just off the 205 Freeway near Gladstone. Worth the trip. Prices go down the longer the piece is on the floor. The selections here are really nice and very affordable.

I love walking in here and seeing what they have! Huge shop with tons of items... so fun! I just purchased a bed frame here and love it... the only down side is their third party delivery guy. It was cheaper for me to rent a uhaul than have him locally deliver a frame. 😕

Prices were good and lots stuff to look at and they even have bling bling .. no pushy sales people yet friendly.. stop in and check them out ..

If you are looking for near new pieces to furnish your home, check out the gently used items at Upscale Consignment. It is easy to walk around and quickly find the type of thing you are looking for. Prices are quite affordable, and if something is slightly out of your budget, you can wait 30 days for a reduction. While they dont deliver, they can put you in touch with a reasonably priced delivery service that does a good job. The selection is good, and the online shopping is awesome. It saves you a trip to Gladstone until you see things you like and would like to check out. This makes it so worthwhile to visit, because you are already almost assured of finding just what you want. Staff is quite helpful if you have questions.

Ive purchased several items from Upscale Consignment over the years and have always been happy with the piece. I love that their inventory is online and constantly updated. They get unusual pieces and priced reasonably.

Used to be good with nice price reduction as time goes on. NOW drop a few bucks each time, pretty worthless if you want a bargain. There are better places around town, I would not waste my time there.

This place is beautiful, over priced, but beautiful pieces.

We bought a beautiful dining room table with 6 chairs, which included a pad to cover the table when in use, for a fraction of what it would have cost brand new. We also bought a very nice lighted curio cabinet. We liked that there was no pressure to buy, we could shop online, and delivery for a reasonable fee was made the next day with the curio cabinet. We recieved help in loading up the chairs and table when it was convenient for us. I wish this store would have been available in Pennsylvania when we had to clear out my mothers house.

Their online shop is very up to date. I looked at several of their items on line and was able to see everything on person the next day.They try to hard sell you on their delivery service. They claim that its a separate company, but the delivery guys were claiming that they worked for the shop. Anyway, dont use them if you dont have to. Theyre not great.

We were moving out of the country and consigned 4 high-end pieces. Couldnt be more pleased with the service. All 4 pieces sold and even when we lost one of the checks in our move, the owner was kind enough to replace it with no other penalty than the stop payment fee from his bank. The website is amazing, and a wonderful tool for both buyers and sellers. Far exceeds any other consignment shop in town.

Pretty unwelcoming, true we come with children attached, upon arriving at the store we see a sign in the window directing parents to keep children in hand, we stop and talk to our 3 young children about our expectations of not touching and keeping shoes off of the furniture. Three minutes into the store a man comes along and lets us know that our childrens feet need to be kept on the ground, they were with us trying out the comfort of some of the sofas, seeing as they are not yet five feet tall their feet dangle when sitting. We remind our kids of the new expectation and move along feeling like we just committed a terrible taboo by allowing our kids to sit down on a couch. Towards the back of the store we get hit by a strong urine smell coming off the precious furniture, and shortly after left the store. We proceeded to go to a furniture store down the road, selling new furniture where we were welcomed to the store the associate happily allowed our kids to spread out on the $3000 plus couches and was extremely helpful and amiable. So guess where we are buying our furniture for our new home from?

Weve bought a few things from upscale. All of there things are in very good condition. Nice place with sliding scale prices...i.e as time passes so does the price that is clearly marked on the tag.

Expensive. It is used furniture. Staff have often been friendly except when we asked about consigning with them. Then they advised us that furniture had to be good quality... Like we would not have that.😒

I find the place interesting but thats about it their prices are Hefty. Periodically you may find a gem of a piece of furniture but more likely than not you will find old furniture at a high price and not such great condition.

Giving a couple stars because there is lots of stuff here. I didnt interact with any of the staff. There was some pretty cool furniture but it was really pricey. Some if the things I saw looked a lot like things that sold a few years ago at Fred Meyer for half the price they were asking.

Great place for the hunt of the unique always find something different and at a value.

I’ve only gone here looking for furniture and haven’t been real impressed. They have a decent selection and occasionally have exactly what you want but there’s also a lot of overpriced junk.

A wide variety of quality product. This is, by far, the best and biggest consignment store Ive ever seen.We pop in regularly to see whats new. Theres always something new to see.

WOW ! I could NOT be any happier ! Badly in need of a new sofa, and dreading shopping for one, having an IKEA budget, but wanting something higher in quality....I saw the Upscale Consignment sign, while driving on 205, turned around and went to have a look. I was there about 15 minutes. Found the PERFECT sofa. Dark cream color, modern straight lines, heavy quality fabric, (I have 6 grand kids). CLEAN! I called the next morning and bought over the phone... The delivery guys were early, friendly, nice !! Professional. Very fair on delivery fee. I need a side chair, I will be shopping again soon !!!

Prices are on the high side. You can wait for a piece to go down in price to what you feel its worth, but its a gamble & it may be gone next time you look. There is absolutely NO negotiation, in my experience, even offering cash as opposed to a credit card. I still often find exactly what I’m looking for there. I will continue to shop there when I need furniture, etc.

We recently purchased a corner desk and a leather loveseat. I had been looking all over for a corner desk and was excited to see that Upscale Consignment had exactly the size that we wanted. I enjoy looking at Upscales online inventory to see the new items that are added daily. We love going to Upscale Consignment because there is no high pressure sales and that you can go look at your own leisure without being bothered by a salesman. When in need of a piece of furniture, we always check at Upscale Consignment first!
