I don’t have a complaint about the story. I have a complaint about the Hyvee commercial dedicated towards feeding the hungry; The issue I have with this commercial is that they are feeding people who make triple digits if not more each year, instead of actually feeding the hungry people… If you’re going to send a message actually make sure you are doing everything in your power to send the right message!I don’t know where else to post this so I’m doing it here!

It’s pretty good. Nice clean fill to it. However, when it comes to requesting / special order items; people look lost. As to whom to direct you to. At least the cashier suggested customer service. But that lady had no clue. She had me write it down. So that she could investigate who to request it from. Well I only hope to see my request in about 2 weeks time. We shall see.

Went in to order cake for friends birthday. Got cake ordered and could not resist to purchase something chocolate. Purchased 2 delicious looking chocolate on chocolate cupcakes. Was leaving and walked by deli area, stopped to look around and purchased bacon ranch potato salad. Have not eaten either yet, but both look absolutely delicious. Everyone I came into contact with was so nice and very friendly from bakery to cashier.

The last few times Ive been to this store I noticed that the cashiers (non people of color)will hand the customers (non people ofcolor)there receipts but look at me strange when I wait on them to hand me my receipt, up until I grab it from the machine myself. I really wish I was making this up. This isnt paranoia, this is reality unfortunately.

Hy-vee isnt my first go to grocery store. Their prices are often higher then my usual budget grocery store. But in return you do get great customer service. I stop by here when there is a specific sale or when I want a high quality steak. I also prefer their pharmacy over anything else in the area because they appear to participate in programs like goodrx more often, which really cuts down on the price I pay. This location has been recently renovated as well.

The pharmacy service is always very fast and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. Great customer service.

I really struggle with their online order system. I rarely get everything shopped correctly on my list. The store is nice and has a lot of stuff i need

This is the only place in town to my knowledge that sells Heins Original Dills, I mean real pickles not nasty sweet pickles not Kosher pickles, real dill pickles, other stores may sell them, I dont know where.

Really like the way they have arranged their aisles. Also, most times I can find fruits and vegetables that arent going bad. Very helpful employees.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is neat and tidy. Food is great!

Im sitting in the parking lot typing this while I wait on my aisles order. My scheduled pick up time was 5-5:30pm. I arrived at 5:15pm to be told that my shopping wasnt done. I placed the order well before the 3 oclock cut-off for the pick up time slot. Its now 5:50pm and Im receiving texts from the shopper about out if stock items. Im very disappointed with this experience. This is my first time using grocery pick-up and it isnt going well.Update: Still waiting. Ive been here for 45 mins. I could have shopped on my own and been home by now. This has significantly cut into my evening after a full day of work. Extremely disappointed in this experience. No apology from store staff.

This is my go to Hyvee. The store is ALWAYS clean and ALWAYS stocked! I love the fact that they ALWAYS have Keto items, which is good for me because that is how I eat. I have not ran across any rude or unhelpful team members! Definitely a good store to go to!

I received this flower arrangement from my husband from this Hyvee. They are so beautiful-the picture doesn’t even do it justice-they are even more gorgeous in real life viewing.

The employees are Great, super helpfuland will answerjust about any questions, but the store seems to never restock any items I buy. Even if I put in a special request because its something I buy because I have extreme dietary restrictions. I only shop here cause I live close, but most of the specialty items I have to have, that they use to carry and suddenly stopped this year, I am having to travel to other stores to get.

I always appreciate how clean and well-run the store is and the staff is always so helpful

Great customer service! I was half way through the self checkout process when the register decided to reboot. I was frustrated but 2 employees came over immediatly, picked up my groceries, opened a new register to get me taken care of. I was so impressed and felt cared for.

See my review for the other Hy Vee. Exactly the same except this one has a small duck named Earl running seafood who doesnt know a Bloody Mary from a hole in the ground. Do ask him for a piece of his famous chocolate cake, it is to die for (the secret ingredient is love. And cyanide). Great employees

Tried to have lunch at Hyvee Market. Could not get service. Finally attracted some attention, only to have no one take my order for more than 20 minutes. Left without eating!

Decent meat and seafood selection. They have been changing what they carry from time to time and got rid of a couple favs. Oldhams sausage. Not old folks and the ghost pepper Mrs. Renfros. Salsa was really good and not available any longer. Each their own though. Decent, clean store. Go during the week and not weekends to save ya a bit of time. *I changed from 4 to 5 stars after they commented and started to carry my suggestions! Great customer service.

Fast easy to find everything friendly staff open 24 hrs

Very clean and newly remodeled. Excellent liquor dept and selection. A few self check outs if you prefer. Lots of premade meals to pick from. Fully stocked shelves. Still getting used to where things are but lots of visible employees around the store and very helpful when I asked questions on products.

The assign manger Daniel. Wouldnt help me and went the new associate ask for help he couldnt even show him how to return a product. Finally the new associate figure it out on his own. I Wish i could remember the associate name . It he was great.

This store has just finished a complete makeover. I love it. The people who work there are fantastic. The meat department is specially helpful when purchasing fresh meats. They will cut the meat exactly as you say and wrap it up any way you want. A great place for shopping for groceries. Plus, they have a Starbucks inside!I HIGHLY recommend this store.

Ordered groceries for pick up somewhere between 5-6. Got a email saying it would be closer to 6. No worries thanks for heads up. Got here @ 5:46 surely that’s good right? Well the time is now 6:40 and I’m still waiting with no end in sight...if the groceries weren’t already paid for I’d be long gone. At this point I just hope I make it home in time for New Years.

Im not sure if shes a store manager or not. But her name is Debbie, she was very polite very helpful and had a wonderful spirit about herself.

Too expensive on many items,excellent on a few. Didnt have any frozen biscuits. Not a good selection of salad kits or teas.

Beats going to the Walmarts around the area because you dont end up with more than you intended to buy, and the upkeep of the store is worth the little extra you pay; given that all shelves are stocked at Hyvee....and arent crammed with unloaded pallets/junk that employees are going to stock throughout your shopping experience like Walmarts.Hyvee is employee owned and not a big business conglomerate like Walmart, although they do have quite of few stores throughout the country, the mom and pop/big brick market balance is why I recommend shopping at Hyvee over Walmart. They have gas fuel savers benefits too, so that is a win-win.

A big concern, for me anyway, with moving to a new city is a quality grocery store. Kroger is a great grocery chain, but after first walk through of Hy-Vee, I am extremely delighted and impressed! To me, this store surpasses Kroger. The rewards program sounds better, and with special deals and points after a Chiefs game makes it even better. This just adds a huge benefit to moving to Kansas City!

I used to work here. Everton is easy to find and most of the prices are reasonable.

Usually have what I need although lately the shelves are not always fully stocked which is not usually their fault. I also love that they dont harass people who cannot wear a mask due to health reasons. I highly recommend shopping here!

Cashier never asked me for my hyvee card until I mentioned it. I asked why they dont ask anymore & she told me customers are lazy & should tell us. Really??!!

Open later than anyone else which is a plus... their meat section is always the best... If you go at night though it can be a maze to get through with the way that they stock... They definitely need work on ordering stock because theyre out of several things... Great customer service, and good prices...

Enjoy this place. Friendly and helpful lots of choices. Only thing I which they watch the produce closer. Ive found several fruits and veggies that were molded and bad. I did show someone that worked there but they did seem to concerned.
