Replaced new Thermostat, its an Ecobee which cost $100-$150 with our model at Best Buy. THE BILL FOR THIS IS $864... THAT IS CORRECT $864!!... AT LEAST THE MANAGER RETURNED MY CALL AND EXPLAINED TO ME YES...ITS $864.00 FOR REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT!!...SO REALLY...5.0 STARS...UNFORTUNATELY NOT FROM ME...MOVING ON TO DIFFERENT HEATING AND COOLING COMPNAY...

My pilot light kept going out and Luke showed up, on time after giving me a text heads up that he was on his way. He was very friendly and wore his mask the entire time which I appreciated because I have a new baby in the house. He kept me involved every step of the way, told me his plan and solutions for possible issues. He took videos and talked me through why it hadn’t been working. You can tell he really likes his job and knows what he is talking about!

First let me say that both the person taking my call and the repairman were very courteous, polite and professional. I had them out to repair my gas water heater that had a pilot light that would not stay lit. I know this to be the cause of a bad thermocouple and mentioned that to them when I called. The repair completed 20 minutes after they arrived (replaced thermocouple), the bill was $362.91. The service fee was $150. I did not have an issue with that. The part was itemized at $212.91. When questioned as to why the part was marked up 1200%, it was explained to me that this included the hourly cost of the installation as well based on a national average and they would not disclose the actual cost of the part. Again, the service was quick and efficient. The service person and office staff were polite and professional. When having a professional company do a professional service, I expect to pay professional rates. I do, however, find that these rates are incredibly inflated and the inability to itemize the service for what it truly was takes significant unfair advantage of the consumer.

We highly recommend Watt’s Heating and Cooling. Our furnace died during the ice/snow storm. They were able to get someone out to check on our situation the same day. We ended up having to replace it and everyone on the team, from the scheduler, the technicians, the salesperson and the installers were all professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had no heat.Like from Watts Heating had a quick and accurate diagnosis showing thorough knowledge of my system. This was better service than the original installer of my system who were not aware of a service bulletin on my furnace that covered the work under warranty.The parts were ordered and then installed quickly with a complete test at the end, and videos of all the steps were provided. What has been very responsive answering phone calls and setting up appointments. I appreciate that they call when they’re on their way and they’re always on time or early if I’m available. I recently had service done to inspect an unusual noise in my heating system. The technician was very thorough in explaining what he was seeing and how that could affect the rest of the system. He also gave me a great overview of what my options were of repairing the system and offered advice when I asked him about more information. I will continue to use this company as they have always provided a high level of customer service.

I was very impressed with Luke from Watts. We had an issue with our gas line. It needed to be upgraded in order for our new gas stove to work. He came out, assessed the situation and was able to come back the next day and fix the problems. We had our new gas stove working in time for Christmas. We are so excited. We had an excellent experience with Watts Heating and Cooling. Setting up an initial estimate, scheduling the install was very quick and easy. Many other places are booked so far out that the wait just for an estimate alone was hard to justify. Luckily someone told me to try Watts! During the install there was a bit of a hiccup. Our range hood got scratched. The part that stands out to me is that when I contacted the office about the problem they promptly replied with what they would do to make things right, along with a date to fix or replace the hood. The owner came out himself and I’ll be darned if he wasn’t able to fix it perfectly! I was so impressed with the professionalism and the repair that was done.I absolutely would use them again and I will be referring my friends and family.This is a great company!

I had a great experience with the folks at Watts. After posting a request on their website over the weekend I got a call first thing Monday morning. They were able to get someone over to my house that morning and did a fantastic job fixing my AC issue. Luke just finished up an emergency call for us because our AC blew up. This was the second company we called and I am so happy we called them as we still havent heard anything from the first place. They were here within an hour at 8:30pm on a Sunday! Luke was a godsend. He identified the problem, documented with pictures and video that he sent us to keep for our records, and made sure we were completely satisfied and informed on what happened and how he fixed it. He did a check of our entire system to ensure it wouldnt happen again because of an underlying issue and was so incredibly kind and friendly. We looked up quotes of what the average cost of the replacement parts he fixed and it came under the low end of the range. We chatted a bit after and he told us about the things Watts H&C had been doing during the pandemic- they werent getting enough service calls to employ all of their people so instead they had their maintenance people do community service free of charge- like going grocery shopping and seeing if their elderly clients needed anything delivered. It just shows that the company cares about the people and community they serve. 11/10 for service we are very happy and will now be a lifelong client. Thanks Luke!!

Better than on time! Watts came right out to get our air conditioner fixed. We even agreed to paying a much higher OT rate, but Adam was ahead of schedule and he was able to come out during regular business hours and it saved us quite a bit of money. We are so grateful to have our air conditioner running again. The other bigger company that we purchased our air conditioner through came out and took our money and then gave us the run around. We would still be sitting in an 85 degree house for at least another week had I not called around. Everything with Watts fell into place so easily. We will definitely be using them for any future repairs and we also plan on setting up our annual services with them!

Really like having the same person service our heat pump and furnace. Luke is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions. He gets the job done and we trust his opinion. We had some bad work done in the past with other companies and Luke fixed everything for us. We will continue to use watts heating and cooling in the future.

I called Monday morning after my AC quit working, with the hot weather I was figuring it would take a week to get someone out, and to my surprise they fit me in at 11am the following morning, the tech bubba showed up on time, called before hand, came in, diagnosed the issue, gave me options for repairs, as well as all of the information he could to help me make an educated decision on which route to go, then made the repairs on the spot.
