I shipped a package to the Philippines and have had NOTHING but problems with the service. When I shipped the package from their office I had all kinds of documentation for customs but the employee said that I did not need any of that. She proceeded to fill out an invoice by hand and left out items and also did NOT itemize the prices ( only listing the complete cost). So now my package has been at its destination for a week and every day I get a request for more information about the items in my package. Every day it takes to process this package it is costing more and more money for warehousing fees . Im up to about $300 USD cost to ship this package now not counting the amount the customs authority will add for taxes/duties for a package under 5 lbs and about the size of a board game. I will never EVER use Fedex again. Id rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this incompetence again.
Tried to use overnight service to mail tax forms to the Internal Revenue Service in Austin Texas. The customer service agent asked for ID, email and phone number for tracking information. After I provided my information and recited address from the IRS website, he then states they would need a street address to deliver the envelope. This was a waste of my time when it’s clearly possible to deliver through other carriers, not sure why FedEx would be an exception.

First time dealing with this store. Even though I was a bit grumpy from pain and the fact that the company I was returning a product to had canceled their shipment barcode. That had nothing to do with FedEx butI was still a bit irritated and snippy They handled my package very professionally and I will definitely return for shipping in the future. Kudos to all the employees at this location.
Ive had a few negative experiences but this store always does the best they can to make it right. Michael is always so extremely helpful!! Theyre always really patient with my crazy projects and very helpful when I have questions!
In the past when I have been in there they had been more worries about working with people that called them instead of the customers in the store but today was the worse. I sent them my order via email like I have done many times. This man couldnt find the order and even remarked he didnt like their new email filling system. Then the phone rang and he immediately answered it and left waiting at the counter. I had already told him I was in a hurry but he totally ignored me and went to working with the person on the phone looking over I believe their order. The lady that was working stood by the printer and totally ignored the situation until I turned around to walk out. She asked at that time if she could help and then suggested I take a printer card and print my own copies. The original person didnt even acknowledge there was an issue. I will never go there again. They are more interested in phone calls and phone business than their walk in business. Id hate to see what they would do if you called them then came in to get your order. I guess you better give them an hour of your time to help you because they will not help you in person only on the phone.

I came in today for help with printing birth announcements. Tinbit assisted me and was very helpful and friendly and made the entire process super easy. I will definitely return for future projects.
I had a pretty good experience here. The people I dealt with seemed friendly and were able to take care of my passport photo needs that I couldnt get assistance with at across the street at CVS. The first take of my photo were a bit too large, making me have to get them redone, but when I came in to get them redone, they promptly handled it with no hassle, retook my photo, got it to fit as the right size and had no troubles with doing that. They didnt need my receipt, nor did they try to make me pay again, they just quickly retook and reprinted the photo. It helped I was only a mile away at the post office getting my passport taken care of with no line there, but still they made it an easy process of fixing a simple mistake. Were all human, we all make errors sometimes, its how they handle fixing things that makes all the difference to me.
This office had no customer service. I came in with a need for special packaging and assistance with shipping. They overcharged for an unprofessional messy taped box. They provided zero assistance with freight transport. Went to UPS and they took total control. Will never choose Fed Ex again
Poor service. Poor everything. Dont ever use the smart shipping with FedEx. Ive had things lost and never show up or is late. I almost never get anything on time. Just the other day I had to chase a FedEx driver down the street because he didnt even stop. As soon as I stopped running I checked the tracking number and it said I had an incorrect address. I double checked to make sure my address was visible and it sure was. Its kind of hard to see my address when the guy was speeding down my street and not even looking. He also ran a stop sign. Poor poor quality and I have yet to see anyone take pride in their work from FedEx. Total joke.
If I could have given this store is zero I would have. The route is service that I have ever had. Work gave me a box and a label to send back my tablet and they refused to take it without charging me $12 for a new box. I went down the street to Walgreens they took my tablet and they took it in the box that it came in and they shipped it back to my company. Why the hell does my office pay for shipping through FedEx company and they wont even put bubble wrap in the box and ship it.
I came here to get a document spiral-bound. Lady helping me was able to do it right away, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Also cheap compared to OfficeMax.

I gave it one star, but wish I could give zero stars with how frustrating my visit was. The printer machines would load then ask if you would still like to continue, and had low black ink cartridges. My gmail got hacked twice from two other states shortly after attempting to use said printers with Google drive. Luckily Google drive warns me of hackers and stopped them. We also had a problem with the computers, they reset twice and couldnt load Google drive whatsoever. Equipment needs updating and more security.

I needed to ship a long narrow package but my box was way too long. Deb cut and shaped my box to exactly fit my package. Like it was made for my package and it wasnt an easy job. She went way above and beyond my expectations and saved me. Thank you so much!!
I remember when this place was Kinkos. Now it’s just cruddy FedEx.
Terrible staff. One girl claimed there was no other way to print my 100+ pdf files than in the self-center where Id have to print them one by one. When I asked another guy, he was helpful enough to do it through his computer, but printed them in the wrong order, with no breaks in between pdf files, single paged (although I asked for double pages), on the wrong paper (which drove the price up) and some even in color (which I didnt want) and in the wrong format. This was AFTER we discussed exactly what I wanted. When I told him this was all wrong he offered to do it again but Id have to pay for both. I ended up paying over $70 for something I could not use.
All the staff was super helpful. Great print shop.
No idea why, I sent my phone to Lg service and everything was awesome, phone got to the local office on time, then for some reason they delayed shipping for tuesday, will see If Im going to get it on tuesday at least.
Was having issues getting a box set up and ready to ship, manager came over and helped me get the package on its way with no issue. Easiest trip to mail something yet
Every trip to this FDX Office is frustrating. Ive had packages not go out when they told me they would. Missed my grandsons birthday. Been told they couldnt make banners I wanted, so had them made by the FDX Office in Omaha and shipped to me. Saw the representative working tell a customer he couldnt ship something because it was in the original box (it was a laptop) He had to buy one of their boxes to ship. I know thats not true because the Ship Ctr at the airport ships in original boxes. Wayne is not customer friendly and could care less if he gets your business. Hurts all other FDX employees by his lack of PSP.

The clerk asked how he could help me when I walked into the store and then proceeded to tape his box for the next 3 minutes. Less than enthusiastic staff. $1.38 for 2 color pages ordered online. Ill find somewhere else for my printing and shipping needs before I go back to this store.
