Great place! The manager and salesmaen were awesome!

I took in a chainsaw to be looked at. Had already taken to another local place and was told it could not be fixed, needed a new carburetor. The service man at Vance looked at, told me just needed a better gas mix, recommend a product, let me try a little. It worked! I highly recommend Vance! Good honest service and good price.

Was a good place to buy a mower. Not so much on their side by sides. Bought a new can- am there about 2 years ago and every time something went wrong with it they could never get it fixed just kept billing me and dying it was just a loose bolt causing the coolant to leak 4 times in as little as 5 months and when the front end needed alligning they said they couldnt do that. Well.i recommend lietchfield canam it may be farther away, but at least they know what their doing!!!!

PLEASE!!! DO NOT do business with this company save yourself the money and the frustration!!!! worst service Ive ever had to deal with!!!! Anyone saying they had good service with this company probably knows them or works for them!!! I was told professional And Timely service!... But,,, 17 days after I had payed for equipment, being disrespected over the phone, and (called a liar for saying, I was given dates for drop off.) no returned phone calls... I had enough!!! I wanted my money back and was ready to move on to a company that wanted my business and was respectful of my needs as a consumer. At the end of the ordeal I lost close to a thousand dollars, so please be careful and read the find print on the return policy. I didnt even receive some items but still lost 20% of the purchase price on those items. I will warn everyone about how horrible this business is.
