Great place to drop off and ship items too.Great atmosphere. The owner and staff have always been nice to me. Ive never experienced them being rude at all. I have over 9 million views on my photos as I leave a ton of reviews and take photos too, so if there was ever a time that was bad here, I would have noted that, but there isnt. Even from several years ago before they changed their name, they never acted rudely towards me. All you negative reviewers must have gone in with an attitude. I have nothing but praises to sing about this business. I frequently have packages that require signatures sent to my business when Im not available and Ship-It has no issues not only holding them for me, but texting/calling me when they come in. Boxes, tape, and supplies are priced a couple % over big box retailers but thats a small price to pay to help support a local business.The staff is professional and straight forward. I see lots of reviews about the staff being rude, but in my years of visiting here almost daily I have never experienced this. I also see lots of reviews in regards to late shipments. This is on the carrier, not Ship-It.There are many people and companies that make my business successful, and Ship-It is one of them.

These folks are the most accommodating possible! As a mobile notary, I can email images and documents to them on my way to the shop, and they will have them printed and waiting for me when I arrive!

Wonderful experiences here the staff is very friendly and dont tolerate people holding up the line. If you dont know how ship a package google dont waste these nice peoples time and others by arhureing that you should not have to follow the rule.

Very Rude, now I see why this place has such a bad rating, I experienced it myself today. Was told if I couldt follow the rules I could just leave. So I did and when I left was told dont come back. I think every one should follow their advice!

Fast and easy alternative to standing in line at the post office or driving all the way to Bowling Green. The girls there were very helpful and were very careful to make sure my expensive items were packed well. 5 STARS!!

Very rude has to be the worst business in town. Would not take my package because I didn’t have any cash on me all because they wanted $1 to tape my package closed, even though they were going to tape the mailing label on the package, told me to come back when I had the money I will drive to bowling green before I use this place again

I used to love shipping items for my business with Ship It when Savannah was working. She was always friendly and helpful. Shed look up different ways to ship items for the best deals. I havent seen her in a few months, so Im not sure if shes still there or not. But this other staff is not friendly at all. Even the owner (I think shes the owner) isnt very friendly, but shes more so than some of the other staff. I started shipping through Ship It instead of using the UPS store in Etown because of how friendly and helpful Ship It was. (I live half way between both cities so it wasnt a big deal which city I used), but because of the last couple of experiences, Im thinking about going back to Etown.

They have always been horrible people to deal with. They give out spiteful smart mouthed responses because they have a monopoly in Glasgow. My favorite part of when Staples was in Glasgow was that I didnt have to go to Ship It anymore. They are just unhappy pitiful people and take it out on others. Since they are the only ones in town, just have to put up with them. Used to actually ship through them, but now do my own labels so I can drop and go, and not be overly exposed to their bitterness.I recently found out that Walgreens has a drop off service for Fedex. Love it. Once again, I no longer have to set foot in this rude business. Ship It invited me to go somewhere else, and that is what I have done. Thank you ship it.

Fast and friendly service

Tried a couple of times to drop off pre-paid and pre-labeled packages to ship FedEx and UPS (FedEx/UPS provided the labels and packaging). I ask for a receipt for the package and they tell me no. They say FedEx and UPS can issue receipts - but of course that means nothing at that point in the transaction. I told them I just wanted a receipt to prove I dropped it off there for pickup in case there are any questions - that a handwritten receipt would be fine. They still said no. Screw that! If they arent going to take responsibility for the packages I leave there, they dont get any of my business.

Too expensive and my item I shipped was late. Never again

Ive dropped off FedEx shipments many times at this facility. Today I walked in with a shipping label but the 12x12 box needed to be taped. As I waited for the clerk I picked up the tape dispenser from the counter. Wait wait. Is that your tape gun? Says the clerk rushing up to arrest my taping -- as if I go about my day with a tape dispenser. I reply in the negative and she says that the customer is not allowed to use the tape gun and if I need tape it will cost one doller. As I did not feel like driving to Bowling Green I gave her a dollar and walked out for the last time. What a rinky-dink policy but imagine the profit margin on a 500 roll of tape.I will not be back.

Theyre always the most unfriendly people. They act like youre bothering them to ship a package. If you dont like what you do. Then get a new job. Id rather just go to bowling green.

Awful service. I have been in there countless times and each time they are extremely rude and sarcastic. Service is everything and I will not be going back. This is the first time I ever left a review for a business, but I had to this time.
