Enjoyed shopping at Publix in Orange Park Florida. Was happy for that to be a replacement to Martins. Bogo heaven

Very welcoming. Every employee treated me like a Queen. Found some great deals there. I got 4 boxes of Driscoll’s raspberries for $5. Their Spicy Tiger Roll Tempura Shrimp was super!

Clean, and inviting. I have not done any grocery shopping here, but their meals are tasty, especially the Chinese meals. It is prepared right in front of you, and it is as good as a meal in any restaurant. Also their sushi, ( the one without raw food) is to die for. I have had their soup, and did not like the tortilla soup. It was bland, so salt. Ate it with some free crackers to keep from throwing it away, and it did the trick. There is an eating area where you can relax and enjoy your meal in peace. You dont have to buy anything to sit there. Very great concept. There are gloves to wear when you want to serve yourself. . Let me start this off by saying that Publix has kept this location very clean, presentable and always has an exceptionally helpful and friendly staff available to insure that we have the best possible shopping experience. The reason for my 3 rating is simple. The last several trips Ive made to this location they were either out of stock or didnt stock the products that I was looking for. Again, a very simple reason. But, with that said, I love the store and hold out hope theyll address some of these out of stock issues and possibly even work on diversifying their product line and giving us a little more choice 👍

Its a nice clean store but is priced high in my mind. Broke down and purchased a container of tiramisu which looked delicious but was not what I expected. Ladyfingers must have been in coffee too long and I thought it would be softer and maybe sweeter. Also bought slice of strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting and enjoyed it very much. Even bought another slice another day. May try chocolate next. Nice folks. Like store brand individual oatmeal variety pack. It includes a banana flavor which I have never had. It was good a d I only like fresh bananas. I go for that, tea, fresh corn, and delicious Public brand butter.

The store is well organized with very friendly staff. The food in the deli is amazing. With that being said, adios Kroger.

This Publix is like all the rest, neat clean and fully stocked. And the associates are very friendly, helpful. I can generally find things there that I cant anywhere else. That includes everyday items for your home and kitchen too.

My review is specifically for the deli, Ive used this location a few times to grab a sub for lunch. They always seem to be on the struggle bus! I dont order anything out of the ordinary, yet they have to go cut it. They are always out of something. And they always seem to be frantically trying to catch up although theres no customers in line. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt and say its COVID-19 related, but other locations dont seem to be having the difficulties this one is. If youre looking for your typical expectation of a Publix deli counter, go to another location.

We had the bakery manager, Chelsea, make us an emergency wedding cake in 45 mins. Our original cake fell apart right before the wedding. She came through and saved the day with a phenomenal cake decorated beautifully. You can always depend on Publix. She deserves a raise!

The level of friendliness rivals Wegmans. Since COVID, I feel Wegmans has lost some of their personal touch. Definitely not this establishment. They bag your groceries, and dont charge you for the bags, unlike Wegmans. They offer to bring your groceries to your car. Their catering is affordable, and Ive used it several times. Even their pharmacy helped me and my wife once when a chicken Pox vaccine wasnt available, and we couldnt find it anywhere. They found one at their other location and even called it in for us. Great overall service and hospitality.

I wanted to give this one 5 star rating for the friendliness shown by the associates all over the place.Recently, I’ve bought rx bars from this place. I got rashes all over my body after having one. Had to take anti histamine and that night was horrible.Following day, I’ve seen the other RX bar which had expiry date on dec, 2020I’ve purchased in June 2021.I immediately went to Publix to speak to a manger. Instead of apologizing, he gave me the following reply - “around the world, there are no grocery stores where u can’t find unexpired products. We can’t check each and every product. I can give u refund for the bar”He really doesn’t care about customer relation and he was very rude. I don’t wish but If someone close to him gets affected because of expiry, then he might realize the imp of checking expiry products.I can accept one week or one month expiry product in stock. But having six months expired product on stock is totally unacceptable.I completely lost trust on Publix with this incident. Sorry to say this.

I love this store but recently i have been having an issue at the sushi bar. there used to be a young lady who could understand what i wanted and made it well every time. now there is a young guy there and i dont want to be insensitive but the language barrier seems to be too much to overcome. all im asking for is a roll that is already on the menu but since avocados dont agree with me, i try to get cream cheese instead. i have tried multiple times with the young guy but he either leaves something out or just doesnt make the roll all together. i hope they get someone new soon. UPDATE: I am updating to change my review to one star. I went back today and they had someone who could understand me perfectly but overcharged me. When i asked for the described roll he help up and price tag that said Ultimate Sampler $14.99.... I will not attempt to get sushi from this Publix anymore.

This store is the best. The employees are nice helpful as well as mannerable and to top it off the Manager David Shier is the greatest ever. I am a big fresca lover, and this man went out of his way to make sure I had fresca in my cupboard. I dont know where he got it from but he came through. I am totally sold out to this store because of the caring combination of both staff and management. AWSOME AWSOME AWSOME !!!!!!!!!!.

Its a grocery store. Staff is friendly enough and theres food and beer/wine. What more do you want?

This location just opened up near me and Im so thrilled! My husband and I received deluxe treatment during our entire shopping experience. Sample stations everywhere and friendly, personable staff. We were informed on the quality and freshness of the meat selection by the meat department manager Chris and a lady in produce picked the best cantaloupe for us. The best of all was Al in the bakery department, shes normally from the Short Pump Crossing location, she helped us determine the best cake for my birthday party. What a great experience! My new store.

A very clean and organized grocery store with help for employees and delicious items!!! You still must watch your pricing, but it is recommended that you calm and shop at one of them at least twice.

I am very pleased that they have opened here - Ive been three times so far and every trip was a pleasure. The store is well laid out and very open feeling, and everyone who works there has been extremely pleasant.EDIT: Wanted to add praise for the produce department--very well stocked and cared for. Kudos to the guy who agreed with me that the two remaining Hanover tomatoes Tuesday morning were poor--he removed them from sale! Plenty of those beauties in now!

Great prices, terrific employees, and amazing customer service! They help you with whatever you need no questions asked whether its taking groceries to your car and unloading them, or trying to find an item in the store, or trying to get fresh fruits or vegetables when whats on display is not desirable. That last one actually happened to me on my last visit, all the mandarin oranges were no good. One of the employees, I didnt get his name unfortunately, was sure to help find me a bag that was fresh. Afterwards he made sure all items were pulled and replaced with fresh mandarins! Now I dont know about you but I have never been to a grocery store, whether its Walmart or food Lion or your local grocer, that stops what theyre doing to assist a shopper and actually takes pride in the items out on display for purchase. If I could give them 10 stars I would because I have never been disappointed when I come to shop at Publix!
