I took my truck here for repair because of a hit and run. The person I dealt with was very kind even buffed off the paint that was left on my car so I wouldnt have to drive around like that. I thought that was excellent customer service.

DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY REASON AND I REPEAT DO NIT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I’ve used JBA collision before in the past and the folks that ran the place cared and were about there business however nowadays the people and their service are trash! They lack integrity and professionalism and they shouldn’t be in business. JBA Service center around the corner is just as bad and I’ve bought all my vehicles from them. I will never be back again. I’ll warn others so that they don’t have to go through what I did

On several occasions I have had work done on my vehicle. On all occasions the work completed was excellent. From customer service, all certified mechanics, to auto clean up, the attention given to me and my vehicle was outstanding. A special thank you to JR!

Dave is professional, his communication skill was top notch. My car bumper was fixed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, their car cleaner guy misplaced my passenger side foot mat, which I felt so sad about but Dave promised to replace it ASAP.

I wanted to wait before I put a comment on here, I just got my truck back today 3/1/21. The work that was done is amazing you cant tell where my truck was hit. Put my wiper blades on and changed the battery in my key - free of charge (I supplied the parts) but this was was well beyond the scope of what most mechanics will do for a single old lady. Great service!

The personnel at the JBA Collision Center were very professional. They quickly turned around the work in one day and did a excellent job in painting a new mirror for my car.

Over charged for P128 code. Matt said $1700. Then he said $580. Minus $160 .00. For the test. I paid $516. to get my car 2008 chev cobolt.

Dave took care of the damage from start to finish. He gave me the day to bring it in, the day to pick it up, and the total cost. Very simple and my beat up brand new Silverado looks BRAND NEW AGAIN! THANK YOU!

It was my first time having my car in the shop to repair damages from and accident and using insurance and the receptionist was really helpful and patient with me as she helped me get everything in order. I got my car back good as new!

Outstanding operation. I recently had some repairs completed and could not be more pleased with the communication, honesty, workmanship and professionalism of everyone I spoke to. Service performed was done appropriately. When ttention to what he was doing when he moved the seat the car was returned to me, the drivers seat electrically workings was jammed and would not work properly. The employee moved the seat extremely back so he could drive it to the service area for service and a large flashlight got stuck under the seat and prevented the seat from moving up or back. The representative from the service desk had to take it back to have it repaired. BUT, it should never have happened if the employee h ad been more careful.

I was waiting on promptly and the gentleman that is assigned to me was super helpful and pleasant. Really pleased so far. Waiting on my vehicle so I will review once I get it back.

Janet is amazing. Car is fixed and Janet got rental car taken care of. She remembered me and we chatted. She is very personable.

I am currently using JBA Collision Center to do some paint repairs on my vehicle. They were very quick to schedule the repair, and arrange for the rental car company to meet me at JBA. The gentleman explained the process to me. And called me a few days later to keep me updated. So far, so good!

I would give them no stars if I could. the manager on site names Tim was very rude to both myself and my mother. my car was here to be inspected and upon waiting my mother spoke to Tim for information and he quickly had an attitude which made us move our car to another location. before the car was moved there were items stolen from my car. I called and spoke to Tim again about the stolen items and he insisted that nobody steals from this location. he did not want to listen to anything I had to say, constantly cutting me off, and quickly got an attitude with me. I will not be spending any money with a location like this. how can they care for my car if they cant even care for their customers?

While you never want to know your body man by name, due to some unfortunate incidents (not my fault!) we’ve required the services of these guys a number of times. While needing body work done can come with some stress, the group at JBA has always made it as easy as possible. Roger is my go to guy and has never let my vehicles leave the shop until they are perfect and up to his high standards of quality work.Thanks for everything JBA Collison, though I hope I don’t see you guys again for awhile!

DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!!! My mother took her truck here and the manager Tim was rude and had an I know it all attitude. When he saw he was wrong he had someone else help my mother and they werent any better. Read down the reviews. Multiple people state that he is rude. Youll also notice a trend where is is rude to females.

Had my 2008 infiniti suv towed to JBA Collision after an accident in july. spoke to and corresponded with Dave W. on numerous occasions. Dave was very responsive at all times, unfortunately, the insurance company totaled the car after additional damage was uncovered, but i would not hesitate to work with JBA Collision again

Great experience but now I have to fight with USAA as 2 days after picking my truck back up I went for new tires and a front end alignment was needed and Goodyear informed me it should have been fixed as part of the claim since it was a front end collision and the alignment was needed despite the tires that were on the truck at the time.

The staff listens and is understanding Janet and Dave were great.

Outstanding handeling of dealing with insurance co.and repairing damages

Im writing this review because all too often, only dissatisfied customers take the time to be heard. The fact is that JBA Collision Center has repaired both of our cars in less than a year... and yes, it would be nice if people would stop hitting our cars for a while.The day after Christmas 2017, my wifes Chevrolet Cruze LT was rear-ended while at a stop and driven into the car in front, causing both cosmetic and mechanical damage to the front and back. JBA repaired the car and made it look like new. When a hidden mechanical problem surfaced shortly thereafter, they took no chances. They arranged to have the car transported back to their shop and ensured that the problem was identified and fully corrected. We havent had any problems with it since then.A few weeks ago, my Chevrolet Bolt EV was side-swiped from behind while stopped in traffic. Thankfully, the damage was not nearly as extensive as what my wifes car experienced, but some painting was anticipated. During the repair, JBA notified me that their (very talented) technician was able to correct the damage through wet sanding and buffing, thus avoiding the need for disturbing the factory paint finish and also reducing the costs by several hundred dollars. I picked the car up yesterday, and it looks like new.In addition to their fine body and mechanical work, JBA has demonstrated excellent customer service both times that they have worked on our cars. They were polite, communicative, and considerate of our needs. They worked seamlessly with both our insurance company and the rental car company, making our overall experience smooth and convenient. Plus, their insurance work is warranted for as long as we own our vehicles.I would recommend JBA Collision Center without hesitation to anyone who needs their services. They have served my wife and I very well, and although I certainly hope never to need their services again, I will trust them again should the need arise.

This place is horriable. The Infiniti dealership recommended me to this shop. The manager was rude and disrespectful to myself and my sister. My father had to come in because I could not get anything accomplished. They was rude to my father also and by the end of the conversation they agreed to work on my car. When I picked my car up I realized the problem was not corrected. They also stole pieces from my car and took my battery out and replaced it with an older battery. When I came to the manger about this he argued with me and continued to tell me I was wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am contacting Infiniti because my problem has not be resolved.

Just purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy Equinox 2 months ago. I mistakenly chose JBA to repair the vehicle because that is where I purchased it. My estimate was only suppose to take 5 days. It took a total of total of 14 days to get my vehicle fixed. That is 9 days over what it should have taken. After picking up my vehicle I noticed the window molding around my driver’s side mirror looked the same when it was damaged in the accident. I looked over my estimate and this piece was listed to be ordered brand new. I took my vehicle up to JBA. JBA stated they ordered the part but they “don’t know” what the technician did with it. They had to reorder the parts and I had to take a another trip to JBA. I picked my vehicle up and it still isn’t fixed properly after two trips. I will have to go in for a third trip to have my fender placed properly on my vehicle because it wasn’t put on correctly even after 2 trips previously.

I recently set up an appointment at this shop when arriving after asking some questions and explanation of repairs the guy Tim because very rude and acted like a total jerk for no reason. It was so uncalled for i just decided to take my business elsewhere. Go here if you like to be treated with disrespect no idea about their repair skills since I left after poor treatment for no reason.

Dave has always went above and beyond to get my truck started and finished. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
