DONT BUY HERE!!!! They refuse to register a vehicle I purchased over a yr ago. Im now dealing with the MVA and the Gov office trying to get my tags. Literally THEY NEVER REGISTERED THE CAR. Ive been paying for this car over a yr.

I bought a car from Rob, turned out one of the tires had a slow leak Rob said he would take care of.Then it turned out the car had special lug nuts you needed a key for. Between the time he had the tires changed and me buying the car the lug nut key was misplaced. Rob stuck by his word and replaced the lug nuts and tire.

Not sure how this place is still even in business.I bought an SUV from Guaranteed Auto sales- the entire experience was a nightmare. The car wasnt road worthy and should have been salvaged. Rob who claimed to be the owner of the business - is not the owner. A little birdie at the MVA told me he shouldnt even be selling cars- while I cannot confirm that entirely. I did think it was strange that he was negotiating the sale price yet he didnt sign or handle any of the paperwork - his assistant signed her name on everything. This dealership is straight cartoon image of a crooked salesman selling cars.My advice- DO NOT purchase the car without seeing the title. Anyone selling a car should have the title on hand- no excuses. Carfax is not accurate nor reliable. The tile will show you how many times the car was moved around from dealer to dealer before it made it to guaranteed auto sales. Get the car completely looked over by someone you trust- if Rob believes his cars are reliable he shouldnt have a problem with it. Dont rely on the so called Warranty that comes with the car. Its really is up them wether or not they pay for the repairs after you purchased the vehicle.The MVA is a great resource if you have any issues or problems get in touch and file a case immediately- their job is to help. Also, anything that is promised get it in writing - handshakes and verbal promises dont count at this DIY car dealer.Lastly, if you took the time to read this review entirely you would have noticed that the business reviews are less then favorable. They didnt even bother to respond to the good or bad ones that previous customers have left. Thats true customer service for ya ;)

Good luck finding another dealer with this level of experience. I wouldnt even consider buying a used car from anybody else. Time and time again this dealer confirms why I have such confidence in him. If I had grandmother, I would send her here to buy a used car without a second thought.

Not worth your time. Horrible customer service. Like one of the other reviewers said if I could give less than one star I would. I was given the run around from the start. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by calling to check in with them about a vehicle thinking perhaps they were just busy, but when they made a mistake by thinking they called another customer when in fact they had called me. I was through.

I dont know why everyone is complaining about this location. For what its worth, it is a used car dealership. There are some cars that of course will be fixer uppers and then there are some cars that will be hidden gems. I am very satisfied under 2004 Chevy cavalier that I have purchased from him. I even have my father low purchase a cargo Van from him in which he was satisfied as well. If you want a new car then go to a new car dealership, if you want a used car rob gets my vote.

Very nice people to do business with. Cars have prices displayed, which is nice. Rob went out of his way to find my brother financing, when no other dealer would/could. Wish more small dealers went the extra mile like this one.Have since sent a few friends there and all of them were pleased with the deals & service. The cars are nice, but let’s face it, they don’t make the cars, they sell them.

Shady as hell! Buyer beware! I dont know why somebody hasnt shut them down by now! Wouldnt be surprised if somebody went postal on this place! The state should be investigating them ASAP! Just sorry I cant give them negative stars!

Buyer beware I bought a vehicle that had a paper in it it said dealer warranty 3 thousand miles or three months anything that went wrong they are responsible, when I first took the car off the lot it said low oil change immediately, so I did, he should have already had the oil changed before selling it, next the serpentine belt and the belt tensioner and a pulley went bad and the car died in the first week, I call rob and he says that it’s not covered by the warranty, when it says anything that happens I’m the first three months or three thousand miles, he stopped answering my calls and now won’t answer at all I had to go pay him a visit at his shop he just wants your money, the vehicles are not good vehichles buyer bewareeeee

I called about a vehicle I saw on line. Ms. VanFleet was willing to hold the vehicle with no d/p up front (like most dealers ) until I came to see it at a scheduled time we set. Once there I saw another vehicle they just got in. she was very helpful in giving information on new vehicle. Gave me insight on financing & legal entities I should know about buying used vehicle. She was very friendly & courteous like talking with a friend! I am in the works on buying the vehicle I want from her!! Small business with big customer service!!!!

At first Robert was very friendly. We purchased a Toyota 4runner from him in November and thought we were getting a great vehicle for a good deal. Issue one, it took us almost two months to get our tags. We called him multiple times, he eventually stopped taking our calls and my husband had to drive two hours to confront him about this in person. We finally got our money back for tags and taxes and went and did it ourselves. Issue number 2, we had vehicle shortly over three months, the end of warranty period, and we find out the vehicle has a blown head gasket. Our good find has now turned in to a $5,000 mechanic bill. We cannot express how disgusted we are about the entire purchase. Buyers BEWARE!

Owner is not pleasant to deal with. It was 4 days AFTER my husbands temporary tag expired before we received his actual tag and registration. For almost 2 weeks it was one excuse after another. I would not recommend doing business here.

I implore anyone considering Guaranteed Auto Sales to NOT buy a vehicle! It is the worst buying experience we have ever had and Rob is neither credible, honest, or a person of character. We bought a vehicle that failed inspection at two other garages. Absolutely the worse mistake we have ever made. Please dont do it!

I bought a used 2008 Mustang from Guaranteed Auto and from the beginning to end, it was so much nicer than most used auto lots- to include the big dealers in the area. The place was small, but the workers were all professional (better than most), the small building where the deal is made is nice and comfortable, and they work with all types of credit from great to not so great.The prices were actually displayed ON THE VEHICLE (my pet peeve when they are not), they give a Carfax on all vehicles, and the price of the vehicle is not jacked up. In fact, this was the only dealer in the area where the price was at or below Kelley Blue Book (which used dealers hate) price already. Every other dealer had to be haggled with. All of their vehicles are backed up for free with a three month three /thousand mile warranty as well. Where could you go wrong?I definitely recommend this place. This was the last minute stop of a long day of trying to find a second car for my family specifically for yours truly.

Has to be one of the biggest con artist out there. This place buys most of the worst of the worst cars as cheap as they can from the auctions. Has a deal with the tire guys and throws on some new tires, sand and paints as close to color as possible and cleans up the car real nice detailing. Throws an inspection sticker on the vehicle that has issues on them that legally should not pass ( who regulates these guys? ) and then charges more then double what he pays. Hey, i get you have to make a buck but come on? Oh and by the way they are real nice out there to all the folks that have no decent credit or are trying to star out new in life by offering a BUY HERE PAY HERE PROGRAM. ( hitch is, no matter what, after you buy the vehicle they take 500.00 of the 1,000.00 that you have to put down on a LO JACK tracker they put on it in case you dont make the payments) oh ....but they dont charge extra for the BUY HERE - pay here!

Ok. All i have to say is DO. NOT. SHOP HERE. It is shady and not a pleasant experience. Sit down. Its story time. First, i called at 10 this morning about a 2008 Pontiac G6 GXP, i told them ill be up around 6 and im coming from prince Frederick(hour and a half) away to look at it and test drive. I get there, after having to look forever because the place is difficult to find, and everything went smooth. I get in the car and start it, all was pretty nice. Then a woman(cant remember her name) came out and said the seat belt was broken and they didnt get the parts until monday. Strike 1. I can understand not letting me drive because safetys first. But why didnt you tell me this when called? Thats right. You wanted me on the lot. I gave them benefit of the doubt and decided to proceed. I asked about the carfax. The womans reply was we dont do carfax because its $1000 a month and we dont make enough from that. WHAT?! Its free! Cmon... strike 2. Here comes strike 3. I asked what she knew of the car and she said i dont know but you can talk to so and so and hell tell you what he knows. I asked and his answers were very vague and unconvincing. I asked if the price was negotiable and he said no. Its a rare car and ive havent seen any more like it. (I proceeded to find one 30 minutes drive away at another dealership with better reviews) Yea? So? So is fossilized dinosaur crap. Whats your point? Because its rare it doesnt mean its worth more. The car is $1000 overpriced. I would pay that IF it had a carfax, working remote, and wasnt a auction car.Bonus! He said the car was bought from Bob Bell ford right down the street. I went down there to look at a veloster turbo and they had no idea what I was talking about. They said if the car came from us we sold it at auction for a reason. You know? Bottom line, i think they tried to take advantage of me because im 19 and they thought i was stupid. NICE TRY! I said i worked at a dealership, i know what im looking for, and im not afraid to walk away. SHADY AS HELL

Do not do business with this place they are a rip off when I brought my car there was a couple of things wrong with it they said they would fix it when I signed the papers well her it is 3 months later they keep putting it off and then they stop taking my call plus the cars dont last I paid 4500 and three months later I have to buy a new car this place is just bad news.
