Excellent and affordable prices. I had my engine and transmission replaced on my 2004 pathfinder. Since then that ha my primary auto repair. The mechanics are friendly and won’t repair your car until they talk to you and give different affordable options.

This is one of most professional and excellent car repairs in the Glen Burnie area. Very honest at diagnosis your car and prices are very fair compared to chain repair shops. This Riley guys never disappoint. I have known them for about 3 years and theyve always been excellent at what they do. They surprised me in one case. Last year, my 2010 Toyota RAV4 would shake and slow down when you go beyond 30 miles per hour. Toyota Dealership fixed it 2 times but the problem did not go away. Toyota told me, Get a new car. We did all we could for your car. I came to Riley, told him Toyota Dealership tried twice and couldnt fix this problem. Can you?. Juan laughed and asked me to leave it and come back for it in 2 days. I was surprised Riley fixed the problem. And at a way lower cost than Toyota. Its 2021 and the car still runs like a new car.These RILEY GUYS are unbelievably GREAT!!!!!

As a woman, I am usually a little skeptical of some mechanics. However, with Jose and crew I feel at ease. I know that I can trust him. He explains to me the issue and is, in my opinion, fair when it comes to informing me of the price and the time it takes to complete the job. I appreciate the quality of the work that they ALL do. The entire crew is friendly, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about cars period. I recommend them to my friends especially women who are looking for a GREAT crew of mechanics that you can trust. I feel good knowing that Im in good hands with Jose, Jorge and the rest of the crew.

My first and last time at this shop. The price was too good to pass up on replacing a Blend Door Actuator. $60. Not bad considering how hard it is to reach and replace. Its apparent that Riley and the other mechanic have never worked on a Dodge Avenger/Chrysler 200 (Sebring for 08-11) in their life. Chrysler built these Avengers with the battery under the engine, right at the driver side wheel well. Yes, normally youd disconnect the battery directly from the battery on any other car/truck/van. On a Dodge Avenger/Chrysler 200, the positive and negative terminals are mounted to the strut well as pictured. This is where you disconnect the battery on these cars. I have watched these two mechanics try and figure out how to disconnect the battery. Theyre reaching down to where the battery is located and disconnecting from there. I was wondering what they doing before I asked what they were doing. Ive tried to explain to them that you cannot disconnect the battery directly from the battery itself, you have to disconnect it from the terminals mounted in plain sight in the engine compartment. They keep saying they know what theyre doing. Clearly they do not. They were getting a bit of an attitude when they werent understanding when I tried to tell them where to disconnect the battery in the proper way. I dont mind having a mechanic work on my car with an issue that I cannot fix myself, but when I see a Mechanic like Riley doing something to my car that I dont like; thats it, youre done. I was fortunate to stop them from doing any further work that couldve damaged my car mechanically. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

One of the best mechanics around!! Family owned business, great prices, and some of the best work around. I have only come to Rileys for all of my vehicle repairs over the last year and have not been disappointed once. The efficiency of the work is incredible and I believe Jose does it better than anyone. Everything from breaks to tune-ups to transmissions, nobody does better work at a better price.

By far the best shop I’ve been to in Maryland, I went once and fell in love with the staff. They’re very upfront and honest. the prices were very reasonable. And most of all I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of. I live 20 miles away from the shop. But I can bet you my last dollar I will not take my car anywhere else. I trust the people at Riley’s.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Unless you want to be flat out lied to, or have parts from the JUNKYARD put onto your car. Maybe when Mr. Shin ran the shop it may have been a good place to take your car. But now it is under new ownership within the past few months/year. Maybe its me, maybe because Im a woman they felt they could take advantage of me. Not only did they not fix the original issue I came in for, half of the issues they claimed to fix/replace were not replaced. I had someone look at my car who actually knows what they are doing, they actually physically showed me the parts that they claimed they replaced were either the original that were on the car or are so old there was no possible way they had been replaced not even 6 months ago. I was taken advantage of, dont let the same happen to you!!!

Personal go to shop. Mr.shin is a very respectable man. My main worries about auto shops were them trying to make more money off you. But here at shins auto, you wouldnt have to worry. Very trustworthy, and straight to the point of what needs to be done and how much itll be.Oil changes is what i mainly go for though.

My husband used to repair his car there, I recently went with my Hyundai Elantra and service was outstanding, also they provided the parts and everything was a very good price, I really recommend them 100%
