Amazing, I didnt get the womans name but she was amazing. She came straight to me and helped me pick out some new smells. I havent had customer service like that in a long time. She was an older woman with a glitter mask on! Absolutely amazing!!!

I was in town visiting, always buy products here. Any way the person in the register wasn’t very pleasant, she was at first and then her dynamic change very quickly when I didn’t want to purchase a few lotions. Why? Because you didn’t make the sell? I worked in retailed for over 25 years and I never had treated anyone like that just because a costumer have a right to change their mind. Left a ugly feeling. Especially is this ugly times. Not good at all.

The service was exceptional. Had plenty of product.

Always come for the $3 soap deals as I have tried and found their soaps to be the absolute best. long lasting amazing smell and soft hands after. their candles all smell amazing and they have sales for $12 each sometimes. the staff is always super friendly yet not in your face either. love trying out all the different beauty items here. have been coming here for years and will continue to keep coming back.

This is the BB & W i shop the most but its far from my house so I when I come here im spending alot of money...really great store i love the surprise sales!

The inventory was super low. The store is small compared to other locations. Id return, the employees were friendly enough. The location is inside the mall upstairs closer to Jcpenney.

This is my third time at this location. I had all good experiences and I plan to return. Its never crowded at this location

Kimber is my favorite employee in this store!! They are all awesome but she always goes above and beyond to help us. We visited this store on candle day and body product day, I was prepared for chaos and limited selection but, nope!!! Marley was well stocked and kimber was Able to help us find just what we were looking for. Im so grateful because they opened a little early on both days, which allowed us early birds to shop before it got to crowded and overwhelming. I will definitely visit this location more often instead of ordering online and guessing at what the scents smell like. Thank you ladies for making these to be enjoyable experiences!!

You can always find this store in the mall.. Just open your nose and follow the smell of sweetness, mixed with berries, petals, & orchards. Lol😂But, If you been in 1 Bath & Body Works.. You kinda been in them all. The same selections, & customer service is consistent... Helpful if needed attitude & buy/free specials.. ..

Bath and body works products are always good but they only take coupons from their company. So you have to continually give them your email to keep it updated and receiving any coupons. Thats not so great.

They didnt what I wanted. Had to order it online.

Fantastic savings just in time for holidays. The employees are very nice and willing to assist. Id probably suggest that they have coffee beans, some smells are overwhelming and just wont leave when attempting to smell other scents.

My daughter loves this store. They have a great sale going on now

Customer service is outstanding

I went there several days ago. I asked a seasonal employee about lotion availability. I guess she didn’t hear me but looked at me and said: “ Huh ? “ Next I asked about certain foam hand sanitizers, she said ” Huh? “ again ! Really, HUH !!! Who talks like that, such a ghetto attitude, I understand that some of that people have no education but maybe some basic training how to talk and answer questions in proper language will help. Mind you, English is not my native language, but I speak and write better than some of those people.Oh, and there is another seasonal employee Morgan, who can’t do simple math...Yikes
