Ive purchased a bowling ball, shoes, and other accessories. Have had balls plugged and redrilled, finger inserts replaced, and balls detoxd (cleaned). Warren always does great work and stands behind it. Hes also very knowledgeable providing good advice for products that meet your needs.

Warren, the shop owner, is a SME (subject matter expert) on all things bowling, NoJoke!! Ive been out the game due to bad hips for 10+ yrs, (now replaced) and in one conversation with Warren, i feel like i never left bowling, he is Awesome. I trust his advice and knowledge Completely.

Love this place! If you need ANYTHING bowling related, COME HERE! Just got 2 new balls, shoes, bag, glove...THE WORKS! Very helpful in fitting the finger holes, drilling was fast. Probably THE best pro shop Ive been to in this area!

Wow! I read many of the reviews before I went for a visit, and I definitely was not disappointed. Warren was so friendly and knowledgeable! His assistant Lola 🐶 was also sweet and friendly. As mentioned in many of the other reviews, Warren made my visit fast and easy with absolutely no stress. The longest part of my visit was choosing which bowling ball I wanted! There were many choices of bowling balls, and he explain the differences between them. He also showed me many selections ranging from standard bowling balls to professional level. He showed me a selection of pro level bowling balls that was a fantastic value because they were discounted in price due to being discontinued. After choosing a bowling ball that I wanted, I was got fitted for the ball and the holes were drilled in record time. The fit of my new bowling ball is very comfortable and far better than any of the balls I had ever used at the bowling alley. There were so many other accessories to choose from that were very reasonably priced as well. I had searched online and in different stores, but fI and believe Sure Strike to be very reasonable in price, has a wide selection of equipment, and you get friendly service from someone who is very knowledgeable about 🎳! Thank you so much Warren! I cant wait to use my new bowling ball and bag. I will definitely be back soon to purchase equipment for my kids!

Warren is very knowledgeable on bowling and bowling equipment. What I appreciate most is he listens and provides answers and recommendations. He is a wealth of information and he stays current with bowling balls technology which can be a game changer.

I highly recommend using this pro shop for all your bowling needs. Warren does great work with fitting/drilling equipment and is very knowledgeable. The shop is fully stocked with just about anything you could need and if they dont have a ball you were looking for, chances are they can get it next day. This is the best pro shop in the region.

Cannot say enough good things about Warren & Sure Strike! This is THE place where you want to buy your ball & equipment. He helped me find a great ball & drilled it perfectly replacing a ball that I had purchased elsewhere that was ALL wrong for me. Within the past month, we purchased a ball for my husband. He rolled almost a 600 series in Week 2 and this was after not bowling in a league for almost 26 years. Do yourself a favor - skip the On-Line Bowling sites and go to Warren. He really cares about his customer and takes the time to help you find the right equipment.

Good prices and good service. As a bowling newbie, I was politely walked through Bowling Balls 101 to help me decide on the ball that was best for me. The drilling was quick and easy too. I never felt like I was being pushed towards the most expensive stuff, but more the stuff that Id realistically use best while I learn to bowl better. I cant recommend this place enough. Ill definitely be back when I want a pro-level ball or for any of my bowling gear needs.

As a 60 year old Rookie, The Young Man listened to my story, set me up with a Very Nice DV8 ball, which was Discounted as a Discontinued model. Its very comfortable, correct weight, and carries well down the lane, as I am considered a Straight Ball Roller.My First year in League Bowling, average going up a little each week.Avoid the On line Discount places, Make Warren your First Stop, more personable than other Local Shops.

Love going to Warren for all of our bowling needs. He is very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what products and equipment you need. He never pushes a specific brand on you or tries to sell you a high end ball you arent ready for just to make more money unlike the other shops in the area. After going to Sure strike to have Warren drill a new ball a few years ago I will never go anywhere else. If you are an avid bowler give him a try. You will not be sorry.

Outstanding service and knowledge ....He is also a great coach..I was out of bowling for 26 years. he got me caught up quickly. I had purchased a ball from another shop. I was having issues with my hand and fingers. He showed me why and fixed it. I want on to by 9 more balls from him.

As someone who used to bowl a lot as a kid with his family, but is trying to get more serious in the sport as a longtime hobby, this was a perfect place to get my first bowling ball drilled! The man that works there (I think his name is Warren) was very nice and was patient with me not knowing anything about the mechanics behind bowling (when he asked, do you hook the ball I was a deer in headlights lol). The drilling was done almost instantly and it was perfect for me :). My first time going to a Pro Shop, and I might make a habit of returning once I actually learn how to bowl effectively xD.

They had what I was looking for and the attendant was knowledgeable and helpful. Same day service. Awesome! I purchased a ball, a bag, and shoe covers. I’m ready! Oh and I fell in love with Lola.

Some of the other shops we visited kinda looked down on us cuz we were noobs and when we visited with Warren it was the exact opposite. As a beginning bowler Im very grateful that I went to Sure Strike first. I cant really say much about other shops because this was the first...and probably the only shop Ill go to(I live in Owings Mills btw). Warren is the man. Very patient, especially with beginners like myself and very knowledgeable. Since Aug 12th Ive purchased 2 balls from him and Im soon going to get a 3rd. Great shop ran by a great dude.

Called today asking a closing time, they told me 7:00 p.m. mind you i called at 5:00 showed up around 5:30. Going outta my way, going to Crofton to bowl. Smh... Never again!
