Called in yesterday to find out where my transmission was that i ordered last week and was told it was delivered yesterday, find out this morning it in fact was not my transmission called back in a panic and was helped by a gentleman named Bill! he was amazing and found my transmission and is having it brought to me today!!! thank you Bill for taking care of things so quickly! you will certainly be my go to guy whenever I need something else for one of my customers!!!

Had a RTLO18918B bought Feb 2017... 22 months later the syncro went out was replaced on a warranty claim. Reinstalled the second reman and the same thing 10 months later... They wont help me out at all!! They are junk worst thing is the customer service they wont help on the bill. Its ashame

Never again Weller. Two rearends and a transmission. Too much red tape and very inconvenient. A 5000.00 transmission and I have to eat it 10 months later. I will buy used parts before I buy your pretty red painted junk again.
