Yesterday was my first time at Pool headquarters and needless to say I will be back for all my pool needs every year. I arrived to store after recommendation of another stores employee who assured me Pool Headquarters would have what I needed and boy did they exceed my expectations. Employees were knowledgeable and polite even knew most of the customers by name. I needed a filter union to be married to a different fitting adapter and the staff at Pool headquarters did the rest. Totally taken off guard with the amount of care and assistance all staff at the store were willing to provide. Go to them for anything! Have a question, need a part, supplies or even water testing; Pool Headquarters has you covered. Thank you!!

This is a great place for pool supplies. I went to a competitor store to have my waterer tested once. They tried to sell me $500.00 worth chemicals. Pool Headquarters is knowledgeable and they have never tried to sell me something I didnt need. They are the only ones I trust.

I take my father there to help him take care of his pool he is both hearing and sight impaired. They know who he is and always ready to help him out.

Took a pump there to see if the could repair the motor, which they claimed they can. All they did was take it off of the pump housing and tell me the motor should be replaced when it just needs new brushes. They gave a price for all parts which was $650. Pump would normally cost $450 unless you want a VFD. Then they charge me $20 as a “shop fee” which was written on the ticket after I told them I would just take it back. Good way of loosing future business.

My pool is crystal clear the entire season since Ive been going to Pool Headquarters.This year it was time to replace my pool liner. A site survey was done the same day, several options were given and I made a decision based on Bills recommendation. Super friendly and super helpful. This as the third store I visited today for a patch kit for an above ground intex pool. The first two stores sold me a cheap kit that just shriveled up and didnt work. This store should have been my first stop! And it will be from here on out. The supplies they sold me worked great, no hassle or frustration like the last two. Thanks for the help!

Just left,will never return ! They gave me a half off price that was twice as much as another place. When I showed them in writing they were upset and said our store is retail,and you cant even buy from there you were wrong and I will spend my money elsewhere !

Very pleased with the service and knowledge provided by ALL of the staff. Instead of just selling new equipment, they allowed me to bring in my current equipment to evaluate if it was worth it to fix or just replace with a new one.

This is the best pool store I have every been too, prices are fair and they give you step by step instructions and it always works. Family owned and ran causing great atmosphere!
