This is a great place to go if your feeling like getting robbed. They wanted $54.99 for a used game that sells for $49.99 new! Tried to shop local and will not be back.

Great customer service like what I get from the one in my hometown. Went in for an Xbox One controller and they not only helped me find the right one but suggested I could use some points to reduce the price to a mere $2.97 from the $27.99 it was at originally. Overall clean store and amazing service. Will come back on a future run

I will no longer do business with gamestop. The elite pro membership I paid for is limited to how much you can use it. I was not told this when I spent 30+ dollars on it. When I asked about why I wasnt told about the limitations on how much it can be used they said I had to go to the website and read the fine print. Terrible business strategy. Amazon with Amazon prime is just as cheap if not cheaper plus you have your items delivered to your house to save wear and tear on your vehicle.

Good selection of games, game systems, and various merchandise at some reasonable prices depending on what you want. Sometimes you can find it cheaper there. Other times you have to look for it at Slackers CDs and Games. I have even found out that you can find some items cheaper at Half Price Books if you are able and willing to travel.

Went to store at 610 pm and the door was locked. Sign said closes at 9 and the open sign was lit. You guys are missing out on potential customers.

Staff is friendly but games are a little pricey, especially used games. Their rewards program is only worth it if you buy/trade games often. If you arent into gaming, it honestly may not be totally worth it. It does help if you make a big purchase.

Ordered game and got pickup confirmation. When I went to pick it up they had sold it to another customer, make me drive to st louis to get my copy. They mention they tried calling, but have no missed calls. Will not go here again.
