All I can say is WOW! The two girls in the office are so sweet and helpful. My boyfriend rents a unit here and they know his name when he walks in, they always ask how we are doing and if the unit is working out for us. The other day we where on the road had to drive an hour to get to unit and my boyfriend had to use bathroom he said to me, I can wait till I get to the storage place because their bathrooms are always spotless. The whole place is super clean. They are always picking up on property. Highly recommended. Super safe place as well

Located conveniently on the border of Edwardsville/Glen Carbon, this location has the most modernized storage facilities I have ever experienced in self-store. Their indoor and outdoor storage options are top notch, always clean and well-maintained. We have used at least six different sizes of units in the past several years (including some drive-up and some temperature-controlled) and never had an issue with access, payment or security. You couldnt ask for a better home away from home for your belongings, whether short- or long-term storage is required. Stephanie and Lexi are also the best at matching your storage needs with their inventory. I highly recommend checking them out during ther convenient (and always consistent) office hours. It is worth the visit. ^_^

Great service! We went in to look at a unit and we got it that day and filled it up. Everything was quick and easy. The storage units were very clean and they had plenty of different options for us!

They were fantastic, parked my motorcycle away for the winter and knew it was kept safe. The staff were always nice and friendly and it’s super easy and convenient to get stuff out whenever you need. Definitely coming back this up coming winter

Facility is extremely nice and clean. We rented an indoor climate controlled unit for 18 months and did not have any damages. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Great place to store your personal belongings.

Ive used a few storage companies and this is the nicest place thus far. Friendly staff, super clean premises, etc. The design details (extra wide entry doors and well-lit walkways, for example) made unloading and storing our stuff suspiciously easy and fast. Felt like it took all day to load the truck up at the house but took a third of the time to unload and store it. I also didnt see a single bug inside the place. Thats a big plus. I hate spiders. Except Lucas. Lucas the spider is cute. Overall, great experience. 11 out of 10. Would recommend.

Stephanie provided the type of customer service you only dream about. She called me about my moving situation and went out of her way to coordinate my arrival after operating hours on a Sunday. She met me at the facility when I arrived after a long trip with a trailer, completed my paperwork and guided me straight to the storage room. Clean plan, pleasing to look at, BUT poorly managed and ran. If you’re in the military find somewhere else. Especially if you’re PCSingThis place over charged me and continued to charged me after my items had been picked up. I told them when I would be leaving and made all arrangements as I was already across the country.. and when I told them they were still charging me (because the moving company put the storage companies lock back on the locker)It was “not their problem” and I would “have to pay it anyways”I also had an issue with being charged an extra $10 on 2 months payments, and got a similar attitude and was asked “if I wanted it refunded or if they could just keep the money”So, bottom line up front: clean place, but dear heavens do they squeeze every dime out of you that they can

This is the place! Simply Self Storage is extremely clean and secure! Stephanie is amazing! She is very welcoming, easy to talk to and very helpful. Stephanie will go the extra mile and never make you feel pressured. You can check out the storage facility with no worries of having to make a decision right away. Stephanie gave me a golf cart tour which revealed the uniqueness of the storage facility. There is a car wash, air compressor, dump station for those with an RV/Camper and several different options for storing an RV, including keeping the RV hooked up to electric under shelter! The best part for me as a non-traditional student is the climate controlled storage units. The units are very clean. You can feel comfortable storing your household and family items there. They are on top of things, with over 70 working and recording security cameras, pest control and also sell all those little things for moving that you may have forgotten (bubble wrap, boxes, bungee cords, tie down straps, ect.). If I could give them more stars I would! They are very friendly, organized, professional, clean and safe!

What an amazing place. The place is so secure, which makes me able to sleep at night knowing my valuables are protected. I have been at several of the facilities in the area, which I had got broken into. Now if it happens the people will be caught on video.The staff here is amazing and always patrolling the area. I forgot one time to shut the door on my unit. Within minutes of leaving I got a call from them informing me.I would recommend this place to anyone. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. Large pull through sites to store the camper! Covered sites available. Added bonus is the staff is friendly and helpful. Air compressor on site so you can air up before pulling out for the weekend! Love this place. Oh and also there is an area available where you can wash your camper. Check this place out!

While I am grossly ashamed that I need storage (because I have too much junk), I couldnt have picked a better place! Super secure, FABULOUS staff, and always clean. They provide carts to use, easy-to-use codes, and packing/moving supplies sold in the front office. No complaint. Highly recommend.
