Office fails to return calls or even pick up the phone. would not give us an appointment until 2 weeks later. When they arrived they were at the house for about 10 minutes. The worker said he would return to finish the job with a new part and never did. Was sent a bill the next day for almost $700. I keep getting notices to pay the amount when the job isn’t even done. Office states that the service was prompt when in actuality it wasn’t. The only thing that was prompt was them sending the bill the next day asking to get paid. I will not be using this company again. What a bunch of scammers.

Tempco just completed installation of a mini split system in our 150yr old home. Matt and the Tempco crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time with a big crew, completed the installation in one day. At the end of day everything was neat, clean and put back in place. I was hesitant about the mini splits, but they are super quiet and efficient.

I cannot say enough good things about this company- replaced by 3ton system with a 4 ton, excellent service professional workers, amazing work and great price.TEMPCO- thank you so much!If I could, Id give 10 stars!

A very professional organization. They quickly respond to phone calls and emails.I had them install a Generac stand-by generator for my house. They handled every detail: ordering and delivering the equipment, obtaining the permits, scheduling the installer trades (electrical & plumbing), and final city inspection. The final price was as quoted, no surprises and very competitive.

Not one...but two experiences in a 5 month period of: timely response, experienced evaluation and exacting execution. The first call was during a cold (frigid) snap and the resolve was provided within 12 hours with remarkable attention to customer service. The repeat call was to install central air. Matt and his team are confident experts in their field with that added attention to building local sustaining relationships.
