Had 4 visits with them..the 1st visit sat there 4 hrs and they totally forgot i was there,had to reschedule..2nd visit they put in wrong part so had to back for a 3rd visit ..3rd visit found whats was wrong again they had to order part and said they fix with no charge cause it was their mess up..4th visit again gorgot i had an appointment wich they called that friday to make but by monday forgot,then forgot what it was even there for,tried to rediagonse me car and order the same part again and wanted me to then repay for them the computer and new part..all said and done after me flipping they did not charge me to fix the car as it was there mess up and did give me a loaner at no charge ...but the fact that they couldnt even remember i was there not one but twice all in less than a month just to fix mass air flow sensor is why im goving one star..will take to another toyota repair in the future

I believe glen falls Toyota would step over a dollar to pick up a quarter, they charged me 57.78 to tighten my gas cap, after I have purchased two new four runners and one used truck . Times have changed .
