Amazing service. In and out in less than 2 hours. This must be some kind of record. Rob K. and Joe were awesome. They answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable and gave me a great deal. Pretty much the opposite of prior car dealership experiences.

My salesman was Jun. He was amazing and still handles anything I need to get done. Talk about customer retention!!! Their service department is awesome! The manager, David, is the best service department manager Ive ever met. He answers my dumb questions and doesnt make me feel bad for asking them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new/preowned car.

Recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. From start to finish I was very pleased at how the process went. Jericho was very pleasant and not pushy, I felt very comfortable. The car was also well priced. There was an expensive issue we found before purchasing that was out of warranty on the car, which Robert the sales manager took care of at no cost to me. This was a very refreshing car buying experience.

I had a lot of trouble finding financing for a vehicle to put under my business name, but Mark made the process easy for me and secured a great low rate. Everyone was very nice and professional and the first price offered was the lowest price I received at two other dealerships. Overall a great experience! I bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Evolution MR from these guys. Fully loaded with every option and they hooked me up with a great deal. Everyone there was very professional and courteous and everything went very smooth. I have had the car for a year now and service has been very good as well. Nothing to complain about with these guys!

Very helpful and resourceful establishment, with a lot positives in regards to warranties and car incentives. Sales consultants are actually willing to assist needs of the customer rather than perceive them as a statistic on sales chart. Overall, very happy with my buy and I feel that I am at a good dealership with many incentives.

My Mother-in-Law found a specific car she liked on Glenview Mitsubishis website, and called this morning to inquire about the car. Maria at the dealership set an appointment to look at the car this afternoon, and my Mother-in-Law drove in from the western suburbs, about an hour. I took the afternoon off of work to go look at the car with her.We arrived and were talking out in the parking lot about what she was specifically looking for in this car, so I knew what to look for, and a Glenview Mitsubishi sales person came out to us to see what we wanted. Pushy car salesman, no big surprise. We told him wed be inside in a minute.We came inside to look at the car and were informed that the car my Mother-in-Law had just (three hours earlier) made an appointment to see had been sent to Milwaukee for the day for an auction. Sorry, folks, youve wasted your time driving an hour each way to see the car which we told you was here but isnt here. Oh, Maria who you spoke with? No, sorry, she isnt here right now.These folks were a huge waste of our time.

Great service for making a vehicle purchase! Cheap prices and helpful staff. I purchased my 2015 Lancer GT in April. The entire process was very smooth compared to my other purchase a couple years ago at a Ford dealer. The employees are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcomed and I am a loyal customer of Mitsubishi cars. Everyone there is courteous, respectful, and kept me up to date on what was happening throughout the day. First oil change is free so I just scheduled my appointment for that next week. Thanks Glenview Mitsubsihi!

I went to take a test drive of the Outlander Sport, they had the car I was looking for and worked hard to get to a price I could live with. I dealt with Luke, Rob, and finally Andy. They were not pushy and explained the facts from their side and listened to my point of view. We reached a deal quickly and I think the entire process was done under 2 hours. I did not think it was possible to complete the transaction in such a short time but they made it happen. the dealership is small and motivated. I would recommend to friends and family.

This dealership was great to deal with. It was nice going in there and having so many individuals that were knowledgeable about the cars they sell. The General Manager (Robert Kreiman) for instance, spent a great deal of time with me making sure he understood what I liked and wanted. He then explained all the options and accessories. This place was very professional, and for the first time I walked away without having buyers remorse. I feel I received a fantastic deal, with awesome service! I would definitely recommend Glenview Mitsubishi to all my friends and family!

If I could leave a lesser star count, I would. Rose lost a $20k+ sale today due to her ridiculousness.We drove in from Indiana to look at an SUV at this dealership. Rose couldnt believe we didnt call first but we didnt see a reason to call first since we were looking at other vehicles in the area as well if this one didnt work out.First problem. We werent allowed to test drive without Rose going with us & our test drive (two drivers) was approximately 15 minutes. We never got the car over 30mph. Second problem was in the 1 hour we were there, Rose brought up filling out a credit app 14 times ever though we had already told Rose, upon arrival that we had been approved by our credit union prior to the trip up. Third problem was Rose had no interest in letting us take the SUV to an independent mechanic for inspection. I was shocked by this. First we were told its not common to let out of state people take the car away from the lot alone. Then we were told that we could if we would consent to a credit application. Then we were told that we could if we would leave a $500 deposit. Lastly we were told we could take the car to an independent mechanic if we would just leave our credit card number, and not have it be charged. Do people really consent to this stuff!? We said no way.In addition to all of that, the SUV was absolutely disgusting. According to Rose, someone was driving it. True statement as the SUV more than 1,000 miles than what was listed in the listing. We could of course get past that, but what we couldnt get past was how gross the car was. It was so bad, there was actually food IN THE CD PLAYER!!!! The shifting console was filled with food debris, the shifter was very sticky, the latch to open the center console was sticky and there were used tissue and napkins wadded up in there. There were stains all of the ceiling too. It was absolutely disgusting. Ive been in cleaner taxi cabs. Needless to say, we left. Any dealership that puts up that large of a fight to get the car inspected before purchase clearly has a lot to hide.We went down the street to McGrath Audi, worked with Gene and found several options for us. Well likely be firming a sale up with him soon!

Horrible experience, when called about certain offer they had online I was ensure that it is what it says, once got there totally different story. Long story short that specific vehicle turn out to be $6500.00 more then advertise, but what really turned me away from them was their sales management team, it looked like the whole situation was funny to them and they had a ball watching me reacting to all the bull crap they start telling me. Also little they knew i understood everything they said in between the whole sale process as they used Polish language to communicate thinks they didnt want me to know yep understood everything and what really border me they start to classify me. I was ready to pay cash for that vehicle and for your info Mr sales manager my shoes were worth more then your whole outfit you had on that day and that including whatever you paid for those tattoos on your arms, just to give you a fashion tip for the future, Chinese latter tattoos are not cool anymore not mention unprofessional, not sure what you trying to be a sales manager or a karate master but on the other hand being sales manager is not for everybody... Im pretty sure that at some point the owner of this particular business is going to read this and I hope he realizes that customer service and respect goes further now then ever before and we customers have unlimited choice to make we either spend our hard earned money there or not, at this point I decided to go elsewhere to do my business and I wont recommend anyone to do business there and Im not trying to offend anybody Im just being honest.

Just bought a used 2011 RAV4 from Mark and had a terrific experience! He was a nice guy and, as important, a real straight shooter, which we very much appreciated. The car was in excellent shape and, as my very-trusted mechanic certified, was in the exact condition that these guys stated it was in--no BS. Not only that, but Mark was so flexible and customer-focused, he offered to bring the sales paperwork out to my house for me to sign so that I didnt have to drive my 2-year-old 30 minutes out to Glenview and have to juggle her while I filled out the papers. Would definitely recommend Mark and Glenview Mitsubishi.

Simply the easiest buying experience Ive ever had. The entire staff at Glenview Mitsu is awesome. We were greeted with a smile and the sales person was able to answer all of our questions quickly. They have a huge inventory and sold 5 vehicles alone in the short time we were there filing out our paperwork. All together I think I was there for an hour and that includes meeting with the finance manager. Great experience and my family and I couldnt have been happier. I will definately be purchasing another vehicle from them soon. Thanks again and keep up the good work Glenview team.

I can genuinely say that the team here treated me with a great deal of respect and to me, thats whats most important. I visited Mitsubishi Glenview on 7/9/15 with every intention of buying a Lancer GT, but when I approached two salesmen they treated me like an unwelcome nuisance. Trying to start up a conversation, I asked if they preferred the GT or the SE, which have identical engines but different features. One employee (speaking to me like I was an idiot) incorrectly said that the GT has more horsepower (theyre identical), and the other employee threw a catalog at me and said heres all the differences. What a joke. Im not going to beg you to buy a car when there are plenty of other dealers out there who are willing to bend over backwards to make a sale.

Was looking for quite a bit of time for a BMW 330XI. I was not able to find a price range the would work for me and my credit was so-so.Went through a lot of different dealerships but was unable to get approved.Mark was able to get me approved with a good interest rate.I was very surprised because even though this is Mitsubishi dealership, they seemed to really know their cars, as well as different marks, such as this BMW.I also received a specific warranty for the vehicle and maintenance for 6 years. This even included the synthetic oil changes.Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend coming here !

I think its important to provide some constructive feedback of this place. My boyfriend and I were looking for a used car online, and obviously had a specific price range in mind.First, I will say that they graciously agreed to pick us up after our car broke down. When we arrived, we were semi-greeted by the staff, but nothing that felt overly welcoming.Upon test driving the vehicle, we actually genuinely like it. Unfortunately, the person who was test driving it with us couldnt answer a single question. I had done my research, and was asking very specific questions regarding the car. Every answer was sort of Well, its used. I asked, have you done any work to the car, Well, yes, were a family run business. (I am also a business owner, so this didnt have much clout with me.) When I asked to see the inspection of the car, they had a green-yellow-red process. I said, what does the yellow mean? He said it means that its drive-able, but would need work in the future. I asked him to clarify what they consider the future. He had no answer. He then shows me a car fax report that is completely wrong, and I said this is out of date, and I pulled up the correct one. In addition to that, we couldnt get into the trunk, and the salesperson didnt know how to get the trunk open either.Now, I realize that I am probably more organized than a lot of buyers, but the kicker for me was when they then tried to sell us the car for $1,000 more than it was listed online. I literally laughed out loud. They blamed it on a mistake from the company they work with. Again, as a business owner myself, this is where YOU as the owner need to own up to the mistake, and say, well, I messed up so now this is the price. (The lower one, of course. Ever heard of false advertising?)Obviously, we walked away from the deal, and now they are calling and texting us. We did end up buying a car the next day for about $3k more from a different dealer who was able to provide us with all the answers to my questions, warranties and inspections. I would highly suggest they work on that.

I would give them no stars if possible, there service department and David is a Joke, some how they are always busy..... Never return phone calls, brought my car there for an issue, they claim they found the issue and wanted to charge me $2100 to fix the issue, and it was something else, they should have there license revoked for there bad service, so I brought it to Schaumburg Mitsubishi. Now this is a great dealer, they figured out what was wrong with my Car in less then a hour not 3 days at glen view, and it only costed me only $165 to fix. Glen view you suck.

Those guys are crooks. I had already qualified for a load from my bank but these guys run my credit 3 times without telling me. When i called back to talk to the finance guy called Rob, he never called me back and told he was given instructions on what to do. My credit was hit with 3 HARD INQUIRIES. Please be extra careful when dealing with the finance guys. read everything before you sign. They are slimy. The sales guys are good though. Just watch the finance guys, especially Rob K!!!

I have never posted a negative review in my life up until now. I was interested in a used car and submitted an inquiry via CarGurus. I received a call from a sales person this morning and scheduled an appointment to see the car at 6PM. After an hour and a half drive from Naperville to the dealership, I was told that the vehicle I was interested in, was loaned to another customer. I dont know whats more frustrating, wasting 3 hours in traffic or knowing that the cars that are listed for sale are being used as loaners. Either way, safe to say I will not be returning to this dealership.

Very unsatisfied with my experience their. Felt as if they pulled a serious bait and switch move on me. They had a great domestic vehicle which was listed online at an unbelievable price. I went their and loved the car, test ride it and as soon as I came back in the building it was supposedly sold. They then tried to push several other foreign cars on me which were similar but I was their for that one only. They gave a ton of buy it now pressure and I was not happy. To make things worse I kept looking online for the next week every day and the original car I wanted was still listed. I think it was a bait car to keep people coming in the door.

Glenview Mitsubishi Dealership- Worst Dealer Ever!!!Please be aware! Do not purchase any cars from Glenview Mitsubishi Dealership. I just had the worst buying experience of my lifetime purchasing vehicle from them. I’ve dealt with total of 4 people at the dealership- all of them extremely unprofessional almost as if they are not aware they are in sales business and customer satisfaction should be their propriety. Most importantly stay away from Robert Kreiman- General Sales Manager. This particular young gentleman has no idea he is in sales business where professional behavior results in retention and returned business. Stay away from him if you do not wish to be threatened with police to summarize my experience. I bought the car on 02/04/2016- supposedly car went through safety inspection. Right when I got home I realized the horn is not working and the fuel door is broken. There was also dent by the passenger front wheel that the dealer was supposed to fix. On 02/05/2016 I took the car back to the dealer. They were going to fix all of the issues and I was told to make a list of all the things that need to be addressed on the car and they were going to fix/ correct them. The additional thing that I found was the trunk door wasn’t closing properly. On 02/08/2016 I left the car with them for repairs. On 02/15/2016 I picked up the car. The dent wasn’t fixed properly, the trunk door was still broken and additionally they broke the trim around the wheel. Also the car was returned extremely dirty. After several interventions and multiple rude interactions I was asked to bring the car again for another set of repairs. I dropped the car again on 02/29/2016 and I was told the repairs will take a week max. I didn’t get the car back until 03/23/2016. Throughout that time I’ve called almost every day to find out whether the repairs were done. Sometimes several times a day. Not once had anyone from dealership called me first. I was lied to daily. I was told management was involved and supposedly owners were made aware of the extremely unprofessional way my sale was handled- all empty words since I have no proof that the owners were ever informed of my situation. I was even told Mr. Robert Kreiman was fired due to his very unprofessional conduct- again no idea if this is true. I never ever leave reviews for anything but this miserable car buying experience has forced my hand. Being in sales myself it is unfathomable to me how a dealership with so many unprofessional salesmen & managers is still in business. I have made several attempts to speak to the owners. I was promised on multiple occasions that they will contact me. As of today 04/06/2016, I’m still waiting to hear from the owners. Please save yourselves headaches and stay away from Glenview Mitsubishi WORST DEALER EVER!!

Rip off.At first I thought this place would be different than other dealerships. I was proven wrong, exactly one week after I signed the paperwork for the car, the manager Martin called me saying that the financing fell through and I had to go back in to reapply for the loan. This caused a lot of distress to me and my wife. Martin kept calling saying that our payment would only go up 20$ a month because he got a deal from his cousin. The whole experience was really distasteful. In the end I decided to not go back, and what do you know, somehow the financing worked itself out...! I will never go back here under any circumstances, and I caution people that want to come here to purchase a vehicle.

They sold me a used truck for $27k and f***ed up in less than 6mo wanted to sue but didnt want to waste more money or time ended up traiding at a diferent dealer for a new car and left me with a balance of $42k. Never bothered to resolve my issue had me back and forth.

Made an appointment for a couple days ago to look at a mini van. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Mark (one of the salesmen there). Mark showed us a food table they had set up with subway and my kid went crazy to say the least haha. then we took them over to the waiting area, and they had fun drawing on their chalk board. Then, he took us out to see the car we were looking at. After our test drive, we sat down and talked price. After about 20 minutes we were in Robs office (hes their finance guy). The entire process only took us about an hour and twenty minutes. To say the least, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, it was one of the best car buying experiences ive ever had (bought 5 cars before).

After test driving the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE at another local dealer, I came to Glenview because I saw a reasonable price listed on the website. I worked with the sales consultant, Rose, who was great. She listened to my expectations and budget and diligently worked back and forth trying to meet my needs. However, the numbers were not working out in my favor. Before we left, we spoke to Rafal and I was completely unimpressed by his professionalism. He was extremely blunt, and my mood changed from disappointed to pissed off. He told me I was better off leaving and looking elsewhere because I will not get a better deal on a trade-in or sale. I left, and the next day I went straight to Schaumburg Mitsubishi and got my dream car at a price that worked for me.

I bought a I-MIEV from Glenview Mitsubishi. I had already done my research before arriving and it was a good thing I did. The sales person did not know ANYTHING about the I-MIEV. He thought the car was a hybrid when in fact it is all electric. Hindsight, I should have bought a Nissian Leaf because the service and explaination of how the car drives, charges, and benefits would have been laid out for me. If you ever have to go back to the dealership for anything AFTER you have bought a car, then good luck with anyone caring about anything you have to say. You are not new business so sorry Charlie. There are way better dealerships out there. Buyer beware.

They lied to me about my extended warrarnty. Had to pay out of pocket to fix my water pump. Make sure you see the writing for where the warranty says 60k miles extra from mileage on date of purchased, not up to 60k miles amd expires with the car manufacturers warranty.

Glenview had a Lancer Evolution GSR in stock that I was interested in. I worked with Victor to ensure it was what I wanted and proceeded to put a $1000 deposit on the car. Since I was coming from Minnesota to get it I made 100% sure that my deposit would hold the car with Victor and Rob the Sales Manager.Victor asked me to send my flight details so that they could send someone to pick me up at the airport, which I did. So, at this stage they have my deposit and a booked flight to Chicago to get the car.A few days prior to my departing flight I emailed Victor to ensure that all was good. He responded telling me to call Rob, the Sales Manager. I called Rob who proceeded to tell me that they had sold the car! I asked what the deposit was for and why did they let me book a flight and his response was that the deposit only guaranteed the price, a complete lie.I let Rob know how disgusted I was at their handling of this and he committed to refunding the deposit and sending a check for the $150 change fee to cancel my flight.I then gave my credit card details to Rob to refund the deposit. Rob tells me that he has processed it, however over a week passes with nothing back on my card. Rob tells me to take it up with the credit card company. In the end the only way to get my deposit back was through a Dispute filed with American Express.Around 3 weeks have passed and I never received the check that Rob said was in the mail.This dealership is run by a bunch of crooks, stay as far away as possible.I have since made a purchase through Libertyville Mitsubishi in Libertyville, IL. This was a completely different experience. Honest guys that did everything they committed to.Do yourself a favor and go direct to Libertyville.

The worst level of cooperation with customers I bought my car 2 years ago with the 100,000 MI warranty. I sold that car 6 months ago. When I called to get the return of the unused portion of the warranty was told it would take 3 months after I submit the paper work. It now has been 5 months and I have called every other day for the past 2 months and Rafael in the finance department never answers or returns my calls to figure out the whereabouts of a $800 check.
