Patrick was extremely helpful. We had car problems on a visit from out of town and Patrick was willing to help despite calling an hour before the shop closed and before a holiday weekend. He had me bring in my vehicle, did an inspection, checked the codes and ensured we were safe to drive home. I appreciate him and the time he gave us. I would absolutely recommend him for his great service and attention.

Been trying to get a hold of Highline Autoworks multiple times for multiple issues over the past few months. Haven’t been able to get through via phone, email or in person. Hard to rate quality, but as far as scheduling an appointment... very difficult and doesn’t seem very germane to them.

Brought my vehicle in because it had shut off and wouldnt restart - Highline had the vehicle for 6+ months and diagnosed as a Body Control Module. I had the vehicle towed for a second opinion. It needed a battery, alternator and a resync of systems.

Amazing! Patrick is a professional dude. Very knowledgeable and didnt over charge me for any work done. Offered me a ride to work since my car was in the shop being worked on by him. Stand up dude, excellent service. Ive taken my vehicle to him twice and he does an excellent job.

Performed our Subarus 90K and 100K maintenance about a year ago. I forget what all was done, but quite a few things were replaced. Running great. Priced right and done right. Patrick knows his stuff. Due to a delayed part (not his fault), he stayed pretty late on a Friday evening to finish up so Id have a car for the weekend.

Patrick, the owner of Highline, is a consummate professional. More importantly, hes a straight shooter. After checking around, his prices are more than fair, and the service was top notch. When i had a minor concern after some of the work, he brought the car back in and squared away the issue himself. Its nice to find an honest, hard working mechanic... been looking for one for a long time.

Weve been in with all three of our cars and I could not be more pleased. Quality work at a fair price and Patrick is a straight shooter. When you have three older cars (Audi/Lexus /Land Rover) you get to know your mechanic pretty well. BTW:If you do have a Land Rover dont go anywhere else.
