If I could do no stars I would. I wanted to have a cake shipped to a friend in Florida for his birthday. I called in advance to find out how to do so. They told me to freeze the cake, then place it in a container with ice gel packs. I did this. I labeled the box with This end up Fragile Perishable. When I arrived to ship the cake I was told there was a chance it would get jostled around. That was ok, I could deal with a little bit of smudged frosting, or something similar. I paid $382.87 to have it shipped overnight. The cake was DEMOLISHED! Not a little damaged, DESTROYED.Ok, fine, I went to Easy Ship and Pack, and I asked to be refunded $38 for the cost of the cake. They refused. They told me that because there was room for the cake to move that they wouldnt pay. I told her (the owner I believe) that there was only enough room so that the cake wasnt squashed, and she pretty much said Too bad.I will NEVER do business here again! I could have flown down with the cake myself for less money, and they couldnt even be bothered to refund a lousy $38!

Easy Ship & Pack need to correct their Google Search info. I just called them to confirm they provide Notary Services, and they do not. However if you do a search for Notary Service in Gloucester, Easy Ship & Pack is at the top of the list.

Went to have a large item packed and shipped. An employee who I spoke with acted like I was bothering her, and was unhappy I brought a large item in. The store was not busy when I first came in, midday. The pricing for the shipping materials & labor was very high, not including the shipping cost on top of that. After speaking with her and another employee who seemed equally bothered with my request, I decided to leave and bring my business to FedEx directly. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I am a special needs teacher who usually works with students in their homes but since the pandemic have been operating via zoom. This meant that all of the workbooks that I use with my students needed to be copied. It was a labor-intensive job and they assured me they could do the work. I dont think either one of us anticipated how much 500 such copies would cost - but we were able to come to an agreement on the price which to both of us, I think, seemed fair at the end. Their customer service was excellent and the 500 copies were done well and quickly. These are kind and hardworking people, and Ive been going there for years with various tasks from shipping to packing to copying and have never had cause for complaint. Kind and hardworking staff. Highly recommend.

I called ahead of time to see if they would print out a shipping label, they said yes and gave me a email address to email it to never said there was a fee of almost 6 dollars to do so which to me is absurd. Once the man printed it and I said bye he rises his voice at me like I’m his child and tells me I still have to pay. Horrible customer service.

Need to give receipts when shipping out packages. If the USPS post office on Dale ave can why cant they?

Awesome guys! They go above and beyond to help with all your printing, shipping, and mailing needs.

Although they do a decent job helping and informing customers on what to do with their packages it can be very unsafe to be shipping out packages without giving receipts to customers.

I came to here with a million questions for a package that was extremely priceless and had an odd destination. The staff was so friendly and provided answers and solutions quick and pain free. They helped me pick out the best mode of transportation/carrier/delivery timing. Thank you!!

Very rude to me every time I come in. The older woman with glasses and long hair always “shoosh” me to the door with a hand motion as if she’s asking me to leave. She’s incredibly rude and disrespectful. Sadly this place is only location in our town to drop off packages. If I had another option I wouldn’t waste my time with this place.

I took a couple of fragile wall hangings that I didn’t dare put in my suitcase to Easy Ship & Pack and they packed it well and it arrived at my home when expected. I really like is that they check all the rates for USPS, UPS and FedEx and tell you who has the best rate for the item being shipped. It sure beats running around to each facility to check rates.

Every time I use Easy Ship and Pack they are SO helpful as soon as I walk in the door! Thanks guys!

Worker was very nice but would not give me a receipt. Told me packages were going out the same day. Did not ship for another 4 days. Would not answer phone.

Ive never had an issue dropping off packages with pre-purchased shipping labels here. Its the only reason I go in to a storefront for mail needs.
