Had a set appointment at a set location per them, sat for a hour and no show. No call nothing, state farm and my bmw dealership recommended them. WRONG decision

The women who answers the phone will hang up on you when your explaining you frustrations to her after they canceled on me twice I will definitely not be giving them my business after the experience I just received. Wood river glass is 100$ cheaper and definitely better customer service!

Friendly on the phone and friendly installers. Showed up on time and replaced my 2001 Audi windshield in under an hour. There were a couple of minor issues with the install and they came back immediately and took care of them at their expense. Good people to call if you need a windshield or other glass!!

I called to set up a windshield repair, they called me back the same day letting me know they would call me the next morning to set up what time they could be there. I never got a call back.

Had a 2016 F150 they replaced the rear glass defrost lines at ford dealership Bommarito, did not re-install the glass defrost and defrost connections correctly and in turn caused my truck to catch fire and total out. Lost several thousand dollars in items I had inside the truck as well as my deductible.
