I absolutely love this blanket. There is DEFINITELY a difference in weighted blankets. They are unique in being able to comfort and relax you. I ordered 25 lbs. of glass beads to make two 42x72 weighted blankets for my teen daughters. Pinwheel Blankets had the best price I could find in all my research. The package arrived promptly, well-packed and double bagged in a heavy ziploc. The beads were clean, uniform and easy to work with, although I must say this was one of the stranger sewing projects Ive ever done. :) My girls love their new blankets!

I ordered a custom weighted blanket from Pinwheel Blankets on November 23rd and received it the first week of December. Their website was easy to order from and I was able to determine the proper weight without trouble. When it arrived, it was beautifully packaged with an unexpected and delightful personal note. The fabric is sturdy, yet soft and elegant. I like how the weight does not shift or add heat. I am going to give it as a Christmas gift to my husband, who has trouble sleeping and will appreciate a heavy yet cool blanket.

I tried a weighted blanket and cant say enough about how well I slept. Ive had problems sleeping most of my adult life and I think Ive found my solution. I would liken it to sleeping at a hotel with really nice bedding. If youve thought about trying something new to improve your sleep Id highly recommend giving this a shot.

I do not suffer from anxiety so I was not sure if this would impact the way I sleep, but I was delighted with the weighted blanket! Even if you do not have anxiety or struggle sleeping, this still is a great product to have.

I have been truly impressed with my Pinwheel weighted blanket. I have been using it for just over 3 months now. It is an exceptional product. I am finishing up my medical school training and rely heavily on getting a good sleep even when under stress and pressure. This blanket has been invaluable. I have really had improved sleep quality and can fully attribute this to my Pinwheel Blanket. I can attest to the quality of the design as well as its utility. The weight it provides is evenly distributed and quiet and imparts deep proprioceptive input for calming/relaxation and restful sleep. I use it every night and have been strongly recommending it to my family and friends. I am usually a harsh critic, but this is an excellent product and one I will continue to use as well as highly commend to others.

Pinwheel Blankets provides comfy blankets that ensure satisfaction whether it be a blanket to snuggle with on the couch or one to sleep with at night. I always get a better nights sleep with a heavy blanket. Whats really nice about these blankets is that while I usually have to sleep with many blankets (that often fall off) to get a perfect weight and warmth, I only have to sleep with one that provides the qualifications for the best sleep ever! I can not say enough good things about Pinwheel Blankets. If I could give them 10 stars I would.Before I have Pinwheel Blankets a call I went through my insurance to another company. Not knowing or understanding how they made weighted blankets at this point.The blanket I recieved was,well, awful. It had plastic beads that shook like maracas and was poorly stitched together. It had a material that made my anxiety increase when I touched it. It was also easily twice the price of Pinwheel.I was so unhappy. I talked to my OT and they recommend Pinwheel Blankets. I loved everything I heard. The owner even understood my needs. They had thought of everything. From no maraca sounds, using micro glass beads, to the cooler material, and even weighing less on my feet.Once I received my blanket I instantly fell in love. I researched for weeks after my bad blanket experience with a medical supply company. Pinwheel Blankets think of it all. They also are the kindest sweetest people on the planet. Im beyond happy and grateful.

After my father-in-law raved about his Pinwheel weighted blanket, I had to try one out for myself. I was impressed by the excellent quality, durability, and comfort of the blanket. Ive always slept better under the weight of many blankets, but often get too hot. Sleeping under one Pinwheel blanket was incredibly cozy, yet comfortably cool. These blankets truly do have you covered! Children or adults who deal with any type of sleep issues, insomnia, ADD & ADHD, restlessness or anxiety this is a must have! Our 8 yr. old who used to wake up multiple times finally sleeps through the entire night. These blankets are more effective than melatonin supplements or sleep medication.
