LOVE my new car! The guys made the purchasing process absolutely wonderful. Dan brought the car to me at work to test drive, and was able to get me in ASAP to complete all the paperwork. Tim Cash was extremely helpful with explaining all the electronics and the app and followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. The finance manager was great he explained the extra protection plans and made sure I was happy with my decision. THANK YOU !!!

My experience with Jaguar Land Rover of Mpls. was very good. They were attentive, courteous and informative. Everyone was happy to answer any questions I had and get me everything I needed to get me into my new car. I would definitely recommend Theresa in sales, Jerry in finance and Isabelle in tech to anyone looking. The only thing that could have been better is the detail of my car when picking up. It was clean but the polish job was not that great (swirls). That was the only thing preventing a five star rating!!! Overall a really good experience.

I recently moved to Minneapolis and with the upcoming winter arriving, I wanted to get a truck or SUV and I decided on a Range Rover Velar. The moment I arrived, I was helped and greeted all the way through to signing on the dotted line. I worked with Quintin Ballard and the business manager Jerry, who helped me get a better rate than my capital one pre approved rate. I plan on keeping this car for a year and then upgrading and if I do, it will be here. Such an easy process. If was another guy who helped me and his name was Jeremy and he took me on the test drives. Such a real guy, who kept it straight about choosing between cars. I want to thank all of them guys.

My car RR died in the garage and was not able to re-start, and had to arrange towing truck to dealership to fix it. Ben and his team were extremely helpful to have arranged loaner car and kept updating of the repair progress. Their service significantly reduced the stress of the repairing process. I cannot give them enough stars but the best of best. Great service experience!

The car I was purchasing had a few paint issues and they responded with a positive attitude and did an excellent job making sure the car was professionally taken care of without any resistance or push back. Eric went above and beyond to secure the Evoque I was looking for, and he frequently updated me via text and phone calls in regards to the status of the arrival of the vehicle. When I went to finalize the purchase and pick up my vehicle, it was inside and ready to go and both the tech person and the financial person were ready to assist with the tech gadgets and to finalize financing. Every person that I came in contact with at Land Rover of Minneapolis was friendly and helpful. Finally, Eric reached out the following day to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and service.

In for service, pleasantly greeted. Floyd was my service technician explained my options for service. I lease and had my Disco Sport for 18 months… with 8k miles. I did opt for the 2 year maintenance… as I return the car in 18 months this will be my only service for this vehicle.The dealership is gorgeous. I looked forward to my appointment to sit and wait for my car I’m a quiet well appointed showroom. I made a cup of tea and just relaxed .., a rare commodity in our busy world. I was offered a loaner but declined opting for 2 hours of peace and quiet.My car was ready washed service explained and on my way. I love the JLR brand and look forward to another!

Had my new Range Rover sport at the shop for a few days to get a PCM programmed, and when I showed up to pick it up they made me leave with both left tires with visibly dangerously low psi.... very unprofessional and I wont be going back. I recommend going to Top Gear in Minneapolis instead

Service Department is unresponsive and unprofessional. You have to call them to see when your vehicle is ready. They then text you, no phone calls, or they dont call you back at all. The last two times my Range Rover has been in there it has taken an extra day or two to get it back from when was originally stated. If you purchase a vehicle think twice about having windows tinted or clear shield added to the front of the vehicle, I just got it done a month ago and have to take it back to get redone. You would think the dealership would offer to pick up the vehicle and return it to you.....nope, customer service is terrible.

Richfield, Minnesota, Tampa, FL, Mobile AL, Knoxville, TN and the Minneapolis location has been hands down best dealership of the Jaguar franchise in our experience. I have been trying to schedule an oil change and I am on hold for 20+ minutes and I have tried the call back # and never got a call back. For a $70k car you’d think the customer service would be a lot better. Very displeased with this experience. I will have to take my car outside of the dealership to get this service done. When I was recommended by Land Rover to get it done there.

Ive purchased all sorts of vehicles over the years, and worked with multiple dealerships. Some were okay, some werent great, and others were terrible. Working with Jaguar Land Rover and Cory totally changed my opinion on big dealerships in a positive way. The purchase process was simple, easy, and mostly done over the phone since Im out of state. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Cory, especially was totally laid back and never once put any pressure on me. Not only do I feel like I got a good deal, I absolutely love our new Range Rover. I highly recommend checking this dealership out and finding your next vehicle there. Call in for simple pricing on work quoting for a customer. Worked threw phone service to get in contact with a service advisor. Was on hold for a total of 30 mins between 4 calls. Phone call would drop after around 2 mins of on hold. Was kicked back to a lovely girl what I can only assume is the front desk of the dealer named Emma. She is great. Emma took my name and number and gave it to someone in service in hopes they would call me back when they where less busy. After one hour I called back and was greeted again by emma and asked for service. This time I was put threw to service. Ive worked for dealers and with dealers for many years and have never been treated this way. Would recommend dealership works out call list.

Lloyd White was so great and easy to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. As soon as I saw the car I bought I knew it was the one. It had not been checked in yet but he made sure I got to see the inside of the car. He also made sure people knew it was sold so no one else would be in the car. Service was as advertised 90mins and allowed quiet time in customer service lobby area with coffee but doughnuts have gone :( Quite surprised there were no salespeople but that’s because there are very few options arounddue to chip shortage. Cant say enough of how amazing our experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Minneapolis dealership. Everyone working there was super welcoming and make us feel like a valuable customer. Ive been to a lot of dealership and have buy and trade-in multiple vehicles past few years, but nothing has ever compared to the team at Jaguar Land Rover of Minneapolis. From the time I walked in there, to the time that we drove off the parking lot with a new vehicle, we never have to wait for longer than 5 min at any given point. I cant say the same for any other dealership Ive been to.I would credit most of these amazing experience to our sale guy, Jeremy! He is one of the most genuine person Ive met. Went above and beyond for us. Even when we were going through our doubt/buyer remorse and thinking of returning the purchased vehicle to exchange for something else. Jeremy made extra effort to go in during his dayoff to look for a replacement vehicle for us to consider. This man need to get paid more for doing such great service to his customer. I’ve owned a number of different Jag’s.My current Jaguar is an E pace. Floyd is always helpful and friendly when I’m in for service. I was disappointed with my last experience. When I bought my Jaguar about a year ago. I wanted shiny black wheels and I was talked into this some what shiny gray. I was never really satisfied. When it started chipping I decided I want the shiny black I requested!The GM was not pleasant with me.I am the customer. In my business, I will do whatever it takes to make sure client’s are happy!Customer service is everything and it’s the best referral you could ever have!

I have never experienced an easier or more friendly auto purchase ever! Mr. Jules Jones is the easiest salesperson to work with, by far. From the first handshake to the delivery of my Land Rover, he made everything easy. There was a glitch, someone put the car I wanted to purchase on hold while Jules had the day off, but he did everything in his power to make it work. He searched and found an alternative vehicle in case mine fell through. He checked in with me daily to let me know the status of the situation. I cannot thank Tyler Stensland enough for helping me all the way in Des Moines IA. I had a terrible experience with a franchised Willis Range Rover dealership in IA. Tyler literally came to the rescue by overnighting a spare key for me and for reason price. Whereas DSM Range Rover lies and add fees they place in their own pockets. Unfortunately, my wife and I had very unpleasant experience on Saturday with salesman by name of Milow (something like that since we never got even a card with his name. He did say that he was from Serbia). While we did see that other guests were test driving on their own, he insisted that it is the dealership policy to drive with the guests. He disliked that we were asking to drive many different makes and models. Sorry, but I usually like to understand what is available before I spend 60-70K on the vehicle. Im glad that other people had better reviews.

The sales team was friendly enough, but we were completely ghosted after numerous attempts to order a ‘22 Defender. We went to Richfield and bought one in about an hour (since we already knew exactly what we wanted thanks to the Minneapolis crew).

Jeremy was fantastic dealing with through the entire experience. He was very attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions. That says a lot when I never physically saw the car and bought it up in Minneapolis. Especially since I live in Florida! Would highly recommend this dealer and Jeremy as the sales representative. What an amazing experience at the Jaguar Land Rover dealership... everyone was warm and pleasant even in these times and days and I so appreciate it ... this is the kind of love we need to spread! I want to thank everyone who I came in contact with trying to purchase the right car for me you guys were patient and you were very knowledgeable about all of the cars and trucks that I was interested in and that helps a lot... Aa big shout out to Andrew the Tech Guru ... he for sure knows his stuff his patient he takes his time in teaching you all about the features in the car and I am a slow learner and he was able to even help me out LOL but big thanks and shout out to everyone .. especially Andrew Jerry Eric I am a girl Maggie.... Brian Kim was easy to work with and somehow always available. I looked at the pre-owned HSE Range Rover three times. The first time he brought it to my home! Excellent service. We got a fair deal on our trade-in. No wiggle room on the stated price for the pre-owned vehicle though. Easy checkout process. I got the wrong plates in the mail and they took care of it right away. Highly recommend!
