Just got my new trolling motor installed and new battery charger put on, they did an outstanding job and showed me how to operate it. Got it back just in time to go fishing the weekend. Everything works perfectly and I wouldnt take my boat anywhere else to get work done

As an owner of an outboard, there are a lot of things that keep you up at night, such as engine failure, hitting obstructions, regular maintenance etc. Experienced owners know that its not a matter of if, but when. Thats why having a reliable, trustworthy dealer is extremely crucial. Precision Marine has been nothing but pleasant to work with. Ive had my bass boat with a Suzuki dropped here several times and theyve taken care of me each time. Furthermore, theyve been very upfront answering any questions I have, from motor, warranty, service, price etc. I drive 45 minutes to get my boat serviced here and its worth it every time because I know I will be taken care of. I recently purchased a 2020 War Eagle 2170 from Robyn and Randy. They were great to work with and very thorough in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I needed new bunks for my Magic Tilt trailer and was quoted shipping costs of over $300 from online suppliers which exceeded the actual bunk costs. I called a few local Magic Tilt trailer dealers and only received prices from Robyn at Precision Marine along with her promise to try and minimize the shipping costs. The bunks arrived within a week with no shipping costs at all as they were combined with other items on the truck. This is what customer service should be!

My dad recommended this location over a decade back to me and it was great advice. Ive visited other boat dealerships and I have also heard horror stories that lead me to believe they are usually even worse than car dealerships! Almost 15 years since my boat purchase and I still drive past other dealerships to get my motor serviced by Precision Marine.

You will not find a better dealer to meet your boating needs than Precision Marine! They are friendly, service oriented and very knowledgable on boating, maintenance, and provide solid experience based guidance. They may be a small business, but are huge on customer service and support! A true pleasure to do business with.

A bit disappointed in recent service. Poor record keeping as they dont keep the overall engine hour services. Changed oil even though it went in for engine light and was only at less than half the hours out of 100 hour recommended interval for service. Was told they reset the gauge, even though they didnt check the alloted hour addition since the only 4 month elapsed time from the July service. Funny, was also told hours add up quicker than you think as in mechanic had put 36 hours on his boat for two weeks duck hunting ust have done more riding than shooting for thos hours]. I can understand offshore fishing might account for some 8 to 14 hours per day engine hours, but unloading and riding 10minutes or less then trolling aint adding those kind of hours. Also, fished just as hard the previous two years and barely put 100hours on it each year. Total hours was 243 [20 hour change, 100 hour change, and 200 hour changes previously]. So needless to say still unsure of what is wrong with motor and having engine check light on, I guess I can report back when it comes back on and gets successfully diagnosed. Was told they would love to talk during business hours (feeling like a real valued customer) after they didnt initially answer my questions and referred me to the mechanic of which I called and let them know I talk to mechanic and their very own recommendation. Only after review did they want to talk. Also, the time before this they could not schedule me for service. Said you would have to bring it and we will just have to get to it when we can [not even narrowing it to the day]. Was real smart in answering if I could get it on friday before the weekend, oh yeah we dont hold your boat hostage. [Not Robin or Randy]. Formally the customer service was highly recommended just a bad recent experience spoils the batch. Not highly recommended.
