Made an appointment for 10am Saturday drove 1 1/2 hours the car we went to see was not there and no answer on phone and no one showed up bad business

Went in for state inspection. It was done really fast. The place was very clean. The people were nice and polite. I will go back again.

I mean what can I say? I drive a very nice looking vehicle around Goldsboro, NC. It was more expensive than I wanted to pay for it, BUT!!!I THOUGHT THIS TRUCK WOULD NOT MAKE IT TO 2020. I BET AND PLANNED FOR THE FALL OFF THIS TRUCK.!DO YOU KNOW I HAVE NOT BEEN TO A MECHANIC SINCE IVE HAD. IVE DONE NOTHING BUT PUT 89 GAS IN THE TANK AND DRIVE.BIG RON IM STARTING TO THINK YOU GAVE ME THIS 4RUNNER.BY THE WAY, HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING.

I will never use this place! I called this morning to see if they provided inspections, was told they do. I had a question before bringing in my car, so I called again and was told their mechanics would not be there until 12:30. That was no problem. When I got there at 12:30 (waited in my car until the specified time), was then told very rudely that their people have left for the day as they rarely do inspections on Saturday’s. I Wish they had told me this from the first call, as I would have understood.... between the misinformation and the rudeness, I do not recommend using this business at all!

Allegiance has made staff changes & the new workers are friendly and very helpful they also have great cars

They have a very freindly staff the service was excellent and nice and clean atmosphere. I will be coming back to purchase another vehicle

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They will talk you into a car. Show you fake carfax reports on cars. They showed me a carfax and said my car was perfect. This wasn’t even the carfax for my car. MICHAEL OLANDIS SCALES sold me a car with salvage title! Janky car lot to say the least! Michael Scales is janky, crooked, and a scam! They will stop answering when you call the lot. Hang up on you. And they don’t even answer from banks. Michael had me using a dealer tag for 2 months. He couldn’t complete the paperwork for the title. They sale lemons! They have even sent pictures of my car acting like they are going to sale it to someone else but they don’t have it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
