I don’t know who the sales person was that helped my husband pick out my set but thank you. It’s beautiful! It’s exactly what I would’ve picked for myself. They spent quite a while helping him. They took the time to actually look and listen and not oversell.

They have always been very helpful to me. They help me find the engagement ring for my girlfriend. I dressed in no way looking like a person that would buy Jewelry As someone stated on here came straight from my work clothes dirty oily nasty they took care of me and never looked at me twice help me like Ive never been help before.

Greeted when I entered and shown attention to my needs. I had a ring repair and ring inspection for a separate ring. They took care of both in a timely manner. The lady handling my rings was new but anytime she had a question the other associates kindly helped her. Great team!

I absolutely hate this store for a plethora of reasons. Firstly being if you dont dress in a way the staff feel someone who wants to buy jewelry looks they completely ignore you or act like your invisible. Secondly i have had some staff take rude tones with me because I wasnt interested in buying something I didnt love. Lastly when I let them send off my ring for some work they told me it would be one day that very day they called and said it would be in tomorrow. The next day came called to find out and no one answered for 40 MINUTES of straight calling them only for them to tell me when I arrived it would be another 4 extra days. I loathe this store, its staff and find better deals shopping online at their website.

Earl and I went to Kays in Goldsboro to get my diamond inspection, we do this every 6 months, and we were treated like old friends.

Should have asked first! I went in and asked about getting my watch sized. the lady took out one link,and she done a good job. it took her three minutes to do this. charge me $20!
