Too many things to list...dont rely on this business. Dishonest and unprofessional. Huge let down, no interest in making it right, and left my mower out in the weather for weeks. The reality is the customers equipment is not priority! Thankful for my buddies in Goldsboro for helping me get my equipment out of there and in better hands.

HAD A 616 GRASSHOPPER I WAS RESTORING HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE PUMPS .CALLED MULTIPLE PEOPLE ABOUT MY PROBLEM Changed hydro fluid about 5 times.The mechanic out there nailed the problem on the phone.changed drive belt and this 96 model hopper is still running thanks for taking the time out of your buisy day to help me that is great customer service.i was really getting frustrated and you made my day.
