We bought a golf cart from Mike and Jeff last weekend. What great customer service!!! I talked back and forth with Mike all week then drove out from Fayetteville on Saturday. Nicest folks in the world and couldn’t do enough for us. They changed out batteries and cables, put on a new top, new windshield and even noticed a burn on the seat that we hadn’t and changed it out before we even knew about it. My propertys golf cart needed replacing so I reached out to Carolina Cart World. The salesman that took care of me was Mike. He was so professional and efficient. I traveled from Durham to Goldsboro to purchase the new golf cart. It took me longer than anticipated to get there and Mike waited on me after hours so I could purchase it. I would recommend them to everyone I know. If you go there, just ask for Mike.

Takes forever to have your cart fix. Took mine for a problem and still a problem after it was fix. Not a good place to have your cart service. Employees are nice
