What a great experience, the barista that I met this morning was so genuinely friendly and kind to every customer, Scarlett deserves a raise. The decor was fun and the quite small area was bursting with personality. I dont live nearby, but everytime I come into this area, Im certainly going to stop here, if for nothing else than the customer service.I had a pre-packaged sandwich and a chai latte; both were fantastic and the barista offered to warm it up for me immediately.

Great coffee and great service. Deducted a star because I purchased a beyond breakfast sandwich and had no idea it was pre-made and the microwaved. It was super soggy.

The medium iced mocha with an extra shot is my favorite. Chocolatey and strong espresso with crushed ice. The baristas are really nice and work quick. 👍

The customer service at this CB&TL goes above and beyond! Unfortunately this is the last CB&TL in south Santa Barabra.

This is the WORST place to have your drink ready if you are using the Coffee Bean app to place your orders in advance. The employees are NOT friendly and the place feels very COLD when you walk into it. They also close periodically out of the blue without notice.

The girl at the counter was really slow and having 3 minute conversations with people who didnt even want to talk, they just wanted to pay . But whoever the manager was was rude and refused to give me an iced coffee refill even though I had my own cup and there was still coffee in it. I also work at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and I know how easy it to grab a refill. She wasnt even involved in the transaction. She went out of her way to refuse my refill. And she demanded a receipt. I know that we dont ask for receipts for refills. This girl need a lesson in customer service, especially when I have been in her position and I have granted refills to people with or without receipts. AND to top it off I paid for a new iced coffee and they STILL wanted to use my old cup. I wouldve tried harder for my refill but I just wanted to leave seeing as I was already in line for 5 minutes. AND I STILL TIPPED

Today may 31th 2020 i went to pick up my order the were 3 employees no say hi, they didnt even notice i was there i was for my order the ignored me. I was for cup holder the tall skinny girl ignored me. I asked the guy he said they are right there. But they were none thats why asked. The tall skinny girl grab one and just trow it at me and walked away and again not a word from any of them. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. Worse experience ever.

Visiting from out of town so I wasnt sure what to get. The barista made a good suggestion for a low calorie coffee drink and it was very good. Everyone was super friendly too. I will be back each day of my trip.

I like more of a personal feel of a local coffee shop like The Daily Grind or Goleta Coffee Co. rather than the cookie cutter big chain coffee shops.

Good coffee, very nice tea, hard seats, but nice decor and atmosphere. Free WiFi is great. Slightly expensive now, but on par with Starbucks and I like their food and beverages here a fair bit more. A little small or crowded during the busy times. Parking is great at this location.

The Coffee Bean in Goleta is one of my pit stops I make as Im traveling up the central coast.Theres always lots of people outside chatting and catching up with one another, inside theres always students studying.Im a huge Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf fan, all things equal I would definitely rather go to a coffee bean over a Starbucks. The drinks taste better overall, and theyre more robust and flavorful. I usually get a Mocha Latte with an extra espresso shot or a Tea Latte of some sort. Their ice blended drinks are really delicious as well.Theres usually tons of parking in the lot in the plaza. Its a matter of how close/far you find a spot at. Sometimes theres a lot of cars coming in and out of the driveway and with Trader Joes a few stores away it makes it a bit congested.They have a new app that came out not too long ago and its cool to now collect points to redeem different treats and what not.

Pleasant staff! Frequent visitor...downside is that its a small place with few tables; students (or others) camp out, makes finding seating difficult and frustrating. Also, when tables are available, they typically need wiping down. I like coming here, but I dont think the place has changed since it opened and it could use a thorough cleaning and ideally a remodel.

This outlet was out of two drinks that we wanted in the middle of the morning. Staff were friendly about it but not my best experience. Its in a strip mall so we also had to look out for it specifically. The drinks we did end up getting were fine.

Friendly service and great drinks. Would recommend it to any coffee or tea lover. Highly recommend the ice blended half dark chocolate, half hazelnut.

Okay i don’t usually right review when i’m happy by the service.. but that coffee bean location is outstanding. Started coming here a few months ago.. and they memorize my name by the second/third time i went there. A brista named Forest just knows who i am, what i usually get and he even memorize the temperature of my coffee. There’s a young lady i don’t recall her name she usually work with Forest.. she’s just an angel. Thank you Coffee Bean for the great staff!

Forget Starbucks The Coffee Bean Rocks, they had better coffee and the Wi Fi is really a complete internet connection, I made videocalls imposible to do in Starbucks.

My favorite drink at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stores is their Iced Blended Mocha with Whipped Cream, which tastes superior to Starbucks equivalent. Service personnel at this Goleta - Calle Real store are very friendly and responsive. I have also used this location for casual meetings, as there are seatings both indoor and outdoor.

The coffee at my hotel tasted horrible, so we went here. Turns out that Coffee Bean serves the same brand. We thought about going to Caribbean Coffee Company nearby, but then we realized they’re the roasters. It was their gross coffee we were trying to escape in the first place.I don’t understand how this brand has cornered the local market. It is truly horrible coffee. It tastes a little bit like a diabetic’s urine sample and a little bit like a puddle.

Trash cans need emptied both inside and out. Tables and chairs need a good cleaning. Side walk needs a wash down.

I was very excited to find one while visiting the area.What makes this place special definitely is the staff, so Great Job on hiring delightful, friendly, helpful & youthful personalities 👍👌.I came by twice, first time 😇 Lauren🌟 helped me. I was so impressed with how adorably friendly, engaging and helpful she was. I left convinced I was going to give them a great review.But then I came back the next mornibg, and 🙋Benjamin🌟 helped me, who was just as stellar in his approach to customer service. Just made my day both times! Going out of his way to make sure our experience is wonderful.So that made me think they hire brilliantly, since that seems a pattern here. Everyone else was also all smiles and friendliness.Thats what separates the boys from the men, to me, in business - the Staff & Customer Service!Another thing I give them big 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for is their charity choices - they were raising money for a local paramedics association, or a fire fighter station, smthg like that. I was in and out too quick and in a hurry, and my devices were dead, or I would have loved to take pics, to show u! There were pictures with these local heroes on the wall, which is really brilliant, in my opinion 👉 it came across as them caring a lot about ppl who spend their lives saving others, and putting faces to them!!!I am definitely more likely to give to local heroes than random charities.So overall I was very impressed with whoever is in charge of this little spot, small as it may be, its heart and soul are big. Great job on your leadership and community & business enhancing leadership and conduct.Whoever manages this spot should get a raise, and so should that staff!
