The bus was supposed to arrive at 9:10pm. it was delayed. We were told 10:15. It is now 10:40. No. Bus. No updates. No customer care.Are you reimbursing the ticket? Thats rhetorical, because you absolutely will. This is pathetic.

People at the Amtrak and Greyhound booth are really rude. When I asked about the Pacific Surfliner route, the lady just ignored me and called up the next person in line.

This is an absolutely beautiful transit station that includes the Greyhound bus. Plenty of parking and a back lot for long-term. A nice little cafe where you can get snacks and espresso to go. Restrooms are absolutely immaculate. The entire place is immaculately clean and everyone is extremely friendly. If you are not leaving right away there are inexpensive motels within walking distance.
