I love the Gonzales Starbucks. The employees are always friendly and always patient, as I figure out to use my phone to pay for my order. It is directly off Hwy. 101. Take the 5th St Exit. Oh, and they have excellent coffee. Out of a rating of, good, better, and best. I rate Gonzales Starbucks, Best!

I was there on a busier day but it was great! My order was great and even though they were busy it tasted delicious. It did a bit to get me my order but it was expected.

The dine in option is currently close but the drive through is open and I believe take out is also available. We chose drive through because we were just driving by but the customer service is great.

Highly recommend for the level of service received here!A customer in front of me ended up with a lukewarm coffee and they happily remade it for her apologizing for the wait time. I was very pleasantly surprised as to how it was handled.

Our Starbucks was at one awesome just in the last year and a half they replaced the single sofas with wooden chairs... you go everywhere else and they still have the furniture. Just wish they brought back our nice sofas they opened with.

Its Starbucks so its consistent except for the employees. The staff here is outstanding. Patience, memory and more patience. She delt with 4 people ahead of me, an older woman who had no idea what she wanted, followed by a couple fighting in line, then a totally stoned but she helped each of us politely and knowledgeablely... No one else tipped her.

A bit dark but server was okay. I got my cafe in less than five minutes.

Good coffee

Neither bathroom had hand towels. When I brought it to their attention (politely), they made no comment. In the 20 minutes I was there, no one fixed the problem. Gross.

The Starbucks is great. Phillip is the manager at the store and let me tell you provided first class service! I was traveling between LA and SFO for my grandfathers funeral this past Sunday. Being tired and absent minded I left my wallet full of credit cards and valuables in the bathroom. This Starbucks is amazing putting their clients first even on a personal level as they are going to mail my wallet to my SF home. Phillip you are obviously doing a wonderful job and it makes my day to know there are still more trust worthy kind people in the world than we give credit for! Grateful-Amy Knight

Julian and Philip were amazing. Our boy is unlucky enough to be allergic to milk, soy, and nuts, but they cleaned everything and used rice milk we brought with us so he could have a treat like the rest of us. Excellent customer service and diligence in accommodating. THANK YOU!

This place use to be good, but now they suck. Their coffees always taste burnt and the staff usually dont know how to make the majority of the drinks. Expect a hit or miss on any coffee.

A good Starbucks. Lots of parking, right off the freeway, spacious inside, has a drive through, clean bathrooms, friendly workers.

Tastes good but still awfully expensive. Friendly and fast for needed break in drive.

Service was slow, despite ordering 5 mins. earlier . Saw only 1 person( male )doing the coffee and getting the orders while the other 2 (female) were not assisting him at all and other customers were waiting for their order as well. Not happy! Moble order did not work well here. Have had better service here before.

For some reason this Starbucks doesnt ever make the drinks I order correctly, its frustrating... I asked for a pink drink with extra coconut milk and they gave me extra refresher 😒

Quick service and polite

The service was so slow.... I was only the second in line and I waited five minutes for the barista to finish helping a family of three, only to have to sit and wait at the register while she fixed the pastries. They were out of cold brew and then I sat and watched two partners talk while one of them slowly made my carmel macchiato, which was made incorrectly and didnt taste good. It took twenty minutes to get two beverages and they werent busy at all.

The customer service is usually great but everything else is hit or miss. The term with room seems to be lost with the baristas here. Also for being open at 4:00 a.m., you would think they would have all their coffee (blonde, pikes and dark roast) ready to go. Ive gone a few times at 5:30 a.m., and been told they dont have any dark roast; that it is still brewing. At least they still outperform the taco bell across the street with customer service.

This store on more than one occasion has closed early and the staff hides in the back to avoid drive thru customers.This store used to be open till 10pm which was great but now has cut their hours so to close early is honestly bogus

I cant believe this place operates under Starbucks name. I stopped by the drive thru on my way down south. I ordered a grande house coffee with cream and 2 splenda. They were out of Splenda, no big deal I asked for sugar. I was the second car in line and I could see there was 1 person inside. By the time I got up to the window I waited 5 min to get my coffee. It was so hot I couldnt take a sip for about 10 min. Kinda weird for just a regular coffee. When it finally cooled down enough I took a sip and instantly knew something was really really wrong. It tasted like hot water and spoiled almond milk- with maybe a splash of coffee. It was sooo disgusting!!! I should have gone to the gas station across the street. I havent been to any Starbucks since, it was that gross!
