I already loved this shop in Gorham, however they just brought my opinion to an entire new level by going above and beyond to find a specific baked good from one of their vendors for my sons birthday. Carters Green Market is everything thats wonderful in a small town shop.

Great little upscale corner grocery store that is reminiscent of those from years ago. Small space stocked with some neat products that you wont find at your typical supermarket. A nice wine selection and delicious homemade sandwiches. Try the turkey with apple and brie specifically. Homemade cookies and blondies. The blondie is heavy, but the perfect balance of sweet and chewy. So delicious! The slant is on healthy, unique products. Although the store is fairly new and still has bare shelf space to fill, I could easily fill my shopping cart with enough of a selection to prepare several meals for my family. The owner and staff are pleasant and helpful. This store is a welcome addition to the town of Gorham.
