I love this store! I havent been to many events there but plan on attending them when they do pop up! I believe they now serve coffee inside along with new/old books and kid toys

So rare to find independent bookstores like this anymore! They have a great selection of new & used books. Dont Miss out back room with all the cheap paperbacks you need for your next vacation or summer at the lakes.

I love it in there they have excellent books, but my favorite part is the hobby shop. They’ve helped me fix my Traxxas rc car.

Very helpful & friendly staff! Had a nice conversation with an incredibly pleasant older gentlemen awhile back. Forget his name unfortunately. HUGE selection, I could spend a day looking around in here. Books, CDs, vinyl, gifts, very reasonable prices too. Great for finding obscure gems. Last summer I bought a couple CDs of a local Grand Forks band from the 90s. Super cool! Definitely recommend this place.

I enjoy the calm atmosphere, the service is friendly and helpful, and there is a wide selection of books. The only thing I (personally) wasnt a fan of, was the way they are categorized in one of the back sections. Some by author and then by genre and by title. They were too mixed together for my taste. But overall, I enjoyed visiting and am currently enjoying my purchase.

My son absolutely loved the playset they had. The store had a massive selection of books and the staff was very knowledgeable.

New and used books. I did not think I would find a travel book on California, but there it was! In fact, there were several to choose from on the shelves. They also have a sweet childrens section. And on the 1st Saturday of the month, theres a free puppet show outside their door in the mall. Great place to bring children to fall in love with books!

Had an absolutely fantastic time there! Great selection of books, awesome pricing, and the staff were great! I talked with one gentleman there for quite awhile about our favorite books, probably one of the highlights of my trip!

Really cool place to visit. So many book stores are closing their doors. This store offers readers personal comments on books read, used books at really great prices, and weekend events for lots of different interests. They also take books you would otherwise throw out and give you in store credit on other purchases.

I love going here and getting lost among the shelves. Great staff and plenty of book options, so I always end up leaving with more than I planned for. I also enjoy the ability to trade in books Ive read previously to help towards the purchase of other books.

It was so amazing to see a baby goat in your store on Saturday. It was a great experience for my kids. There are so many books to choose from, and though the two young ladies were working so hard they stopped what they were doing to help us. They were super nice and so helpful. We Will definitely be back, my kids hope to see the goat again. Thank you for a great store.

Ferguson Books has great, helpful employees! If they dont have a book in stock that you want they are happy to order it in for you! They also have a lot of book signings which I enjoy!

I always have a great time searching for books in this store! The staff is always super nice and helpful! Once or twice Ive asked for suggestions on good books and they ask what I like and can go from there! I also love the free books that you can review.

We love Ferguson Books! They have an adorable kids play area with toy kitchens and toy food, and rocking chairs for parents. Its always quiet and the books are very good quality and great prices!

The staff here are always so welcoming and ready to help at a moments notice. AnneMarie went above and beyond to help me find a specific book on Greek mythology; she was so patient during the search and shared in on my enthusiasm when we found it.Great place. Great people. Great books.

Poor selection of books unless you are looking for young adult. I understand its a bookstore in a digital age but still disappointing. Having a goat with a diaper walking around isnt cute, its gross. I dont want to listen to people talk about changing a goats diaper at a place of business.Update-It is nice to get Facebook messages from the family asking me why Im crying about a goat. Really professional. Not a great way to conduct ones business.

Rude, horrible, inappropriate behavior towards customers. We complained about a nasty comment by the assistant manager and instead of acknowledging her behavior, she stood and argued with us.If you are going to have toys that are within the reach of children, the children are going to touch them. Our child was 100% supervised and did no damage, and yet we were treated as if we were an accident waiting to happen. We have never felt so unwelcome in our lives.

I really enjoy the selection of kids books and toys. They have a great selection of Melissa & Doug toys which I prefer to buy at a local level over big box stores.

They have old books and new. I found hard backs of all the Shannara series! Love this place. Its going to be the only place to go when the big mall bookstore closes.

The store seems rather un-organized with signs falling down in places, old unattractive furniture, and multiple speakers playing different songs. The service has always been friendly and the prices are OK. I just feel they should be more organized especially since theyve been open, at the new location, for several years now.
