Great magic the gathering shop. Amazing rare comic book runs. People are helpful. So much product!!!! Its near darcys cafe and double d barbershop. Just up the street. Their MTG card selection is excellent. Dont pray you get it off a booster. I was shocked when I needed 4 cards and they were just 59 cents each!!!

Grand Cities Games is a great place to shop. I feel like I need an hour or more to really dig into everything they have to offer. We stopped in because my son was looking for Pokémon cards and the pandemic and current trends have most of the big box stores wiped out. So he was over the moon about finding a speciality shop that had everything he wanted with out price gouging. Grand Forks has seen a lot of these stores close up in recent years so Im glad they are still able to stay open. Great places for collectibles, comics, games and more.

I love this store! It has so many games and options for all ages. There are many types of games and figures for painting. They even sell the paint as well if you need some! If you dont want to buy a game without trying it they have tables set up so you can play any game you want (thats open) and try it before buying. They also have extensive knowledge about their games if you dont want to play at that time and/or are just looking for an honest review.

Best game store in Grand Forks, and the only comic book store in town. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! If they dont have what you need 9 times out of 10 they can get it for you! Many game nights for Magic the gathering and other table top games. The local crowds are usually very friendly and inviting. A great community vibe!

Ive been going here for years. Grand Cities is a great local game store with a big selection of magic cards, warhammer stuff, board games, table top RPG stuff and comics. Plus, the owners are just super great people.

Tons of wonderful games for the whole family. Magic the Gathering, D&D, board games galore, comic books, Dragon Ball etc. Friendly, knowledgable staff help with questions. A useful coupon is often found in the local Tidbits mini-magazine. Plenty of unique card games for kids and adults covering a broad spectrum of interests and themes. Drinks and snacks for sale inside when its a long day of browsing and gaming.

I go here nearly every Sunday to play yugioh and the staff is super helpful. And if you have an interest in something, and have people, you can always bring it up to them to see if you can play there. A true nerd haven for anyone.

Nice store and friendly staff! Would like to see more vintage trading cards. Also more stock on unopened packs. Ally packs that were singles didnt have a good turn out for a collector. Concerning as ratio would say I should have gotten some hits. Will try again.

Best card store Ive ever been inside. Helpful and friendly staff great prices and a great gaming area. Rob and Jason are awesome at their job. Theyve dug through many piles of old magic cards just to find me a single card worth less than a dollar many times. Always welcome and friendly. A great place to sit down, meet new people and most importantly play magic.

First time here, visiting from Canada. Great selection of cards. Wasnt greeted by staff or asked if I was looking for anything in particular.

Very unique and fairly priced game store. I think the major complaint that someone could have about this place is that the hours are a little wonky, Im from out of town so I typically only go to Grand Forks on weekends so there is a somewhat limited window as to when I can go browse for some MTG packs. Overall great place though.

This is one of the few places I always stop at when I visit GF. There is always at least one comic I pick up, and the window shopping is phenomenal. Board games, anime, comics, and odds and ends are always fun to browse.

Grand City games has comic books that range from Marvel and DC to smaller publications that often get overlooked. They have Nickelodeon comics like Invader Zim as well. I was there to see if they had any Gundam model kits, but unfortunately they only had around 3 to choose from.
